She said nothing ever feels real enough

This past week was incredibly busy, the kind that doesn’t give you a second to breathe before the next thing is already knocking at your door.

I had to travel and that alone already tightens everything. Between flights, answering messages, moving through an unfamiliar city and still handling everything that comes with running the agency, it all became fast and chaotic. The kind of pace where hours blur together and you’re just trying to stay one step ahead of everything.

The main purpose of the trip was to take care of certain obligations and necessary processes but even in the middle of all that I made time to reconnect with some friends. The kind of people who showed up at the very beginning of Cuties when everything was still taking shape. Brilliant minds, sharp eyes. People who have worked with brands like Coppel and Liverpool.

We sat down and went over things I hadn’t even noticed myself, small technical details, adjustments and areas that needed polishing. The kind of feedback that doesn’t break what you’ve built but strengthens it. Overall, the diagnosis for the Cuties site was positive, just a few screws to tighten. I’ll take that any day.

At the same time, the lineup keeps evolving.

We’ve had new girls joining recently and one that stands out right now is Amber. She’ll be stepping into collaborations, starting with threesomes alongside Connie and eventually participating in quartets with Connie and Isabella.

For now she will only be doing threesomes with Connie while she builds confidence and gets comfortable. The truth is she is completely new to this environment but she couldn’t have asked for better guidance. Being mentored by Connie and Isabella is something very few girls get when they start.

Venus has also joined and so far she’s received positive feedback on her very first day, which was just yesterday. That’s always a good sign. I still need to go over a few details with her to make sure everything is aligned and that she meets the standards required to be here. Because at the end of the day not all of this work is about what happens inside the room.

Natalia has arrived as well, helping shape the lineup even further. And honestly her timing couldn’t be better. Things are naturally finding their rhythm right now and she fits right into that flow. She’s already received excellent feedback and started off in high demand. Nothing to fix there, just consistency.

This is a great way to close out March but as new energy comes in some familiar names are taking a step back.

Jessica, Emma and Katya are currently taking time away from the agency. They’re focusing on traveling, enjoying themselves and honestly that’s exactly what they should be doing. They’ve worked, they earned their money and now they get to enjoy it. The modeling school they come from is demanding and they made the most out of their time here. Wishing them a good break.

And since we’re here, let’s address something that’s been floating around. Chisme, which I know you all like.

There’s been some talk in certain circles, mentions of Cuties here and there, the kind that tries to stay subtle, almost quiet where they think I would not reach. The intention behind it is obvious, trying to discredit and trying to keep clients away. It looks like a desperate move… is it?

Honestly it doesn’t concern me but if you’re going to say something at least say it directly.

I did have to step in and clarify one simple thing. Whatever happens with a girl outside of Cuties is not my responsibility. What matters is how things are handled here. And here things are structured, there are rules and there is direction.

It’s surprising that this even needs to be explained to others in the same space.

Whatever may have happened with a girl outside of Cuties, outside being the key word, is not my responsibility. Learn how to work with structure, with rules, with direction and these situations simply don’t happen. It’s surprising this even needs to be said to other places trying to discredit this agency for giving opportunities to someone who within this agency has caused no issues at all.

So as long as things remain under control within Cuties I’m not concerned with what happens elsewhere or how others choose to handle their operations.

And to make it even clearer the girl being referenced wasn’t even working here at the time. Which honestly makes the whole situation feel tired and boring. Yes I will say the name, the lady is Connie who has been working here without issues.

At this point the topic is just exhausting and this agency has nothing to do with it. Let’s not fall into the same pattern of some guy and his friend who were and apparently still are obsessed with the agency for years.

So as long as things remain under control here I’m not interested in what happens elsewhere or how others choose to run things.

Miranda, Ana, Miranda and Connie will be getting new photos soon and more Cuties will be updating their content as well. This never stops. We keep moving forward, always improving and always refreshing what we offer.

Will drop some more updates on the forum, things that clients will like.

At the end of the day everything moves. People come in, people take breaks, new energy shows up and the structure stays.

Cuties was never about noise, and while others talk, speculate or try to catch up, we just keep working.

That’s the difference.
