Some stories taste like rum

This week was a strong one, especially when it comes to the dynamic between the girls and the way they’ve been collaborating more closely. One of the biggest highlights has clearly been Isabella and Connie, who have both been very active lately, especially with threesomes.

For a long time, Isabella was underrated. She had the exposure but she never quite received the recognition or emphasis that her work deserved. That changed, she’s been proving exactly why she should have been valued more from the beginning. Isabella is consistent, hardworking, always available when possible and she puts genuine effort into every encounter. Clients notice that.

Once she started working more frequently with Connie, things really started to take off. Their chemistry together gave both of them a strong push forward. The result has been more visibility, more bookings and more people specifically asking for their combination. When two girls complement each other well, it naturally creates more interest and that’s exactly what’s been happening with them.

Isabella has also been working with Bast and with Shantal, where she’s been fully participating in lesbian sessions as well, just like she does with Connie. Her flexibility, open mindset for work and her willingness to collaborate have made her a very requested partner for threesomes with different combinations. That openness has created a noticeable increase in demand. Clients are asking for Isabella paired with different girls depending on the dynamic they want and that kind of versatility is extremely valuable.

Fara has also been very active this week. She’s been participating in the Overnight Super Special, particularly with Agatha and with Irina. Those longer experiences have really helped elevate her work to another level. Fara genuinely enjoys the overnight format, she likes going out, having dinner, dancing, spending time outside the usual structure of shorter bookings. That kind of energy makes the overnight experience feel more natural and enjoyable, and it shows in how well those bookings have been received.

Weed Girl has limited availability and doesn’t always have a lot of time to take bookings. Because of that, when she does appear on the schedule it’s usually for a short window. So whenever she’s available, it’s definitely worth taking the opportunity.

Now that each girl has been given the individual exposure they needed, something we talked about in previous blog entries, the next natural step was to give more importance to the threesome dynamic. As the girls have become more integrated with each other and more comfortable working together, everything has started flowing much better. The combinations feel more natural, the chemistry is stronger, and the experiences themselves feel more genuine.

In the lineup there haven’t been many changes lately, but the few that happened have been important. Some could have turned out better, but sometimes these things are necessary.

I had to let Tania go. In terms of service she was doing well, but she started lying about several things, and honestly that’s the kind of situation that sooner or later ends up affecting everything. I preferred to stop it there instead of letting it grow into a bigger problem. For now it’s better to leave things like that until those issues are actually resolved.

Because of that situation, I also had a conversation with Zamira. She actually asked to have that talk herself and she committed to doing better moving forward. For now things are good and we’re on the right track.

On a brighter note, we also have someone new joining us. Fernanda just arrived from Mexico City. She heard about Cuties through recommendations and decided to try her luck here during her trip.

Please give her a warm welcome. She’s a very soft and calm girl but trust me, she definitely knows what she’s doing.

I also want to welcome Dalari. She just arrived to the agency very recently. Her profile was posted just now, so she’s basically starting at this moment and we’ll see how things develop for her from here.

Dalari also came to Cuties through a recommendation, which is something that has actually been happening more and more lately. And honestly, that makes me pretty happy to see.

It means that people who already know how things work here feel comfortable enough to tell someone else, “hey, you should check Cuties out.”

Her profile is already up and now we’ll see how she starts settling in with the rest of the girls. It’s always interesting watching how each new girl finds her place and starts building her own dynamic in the agency.

And there is also something big coming soon.

The first anniversary of Curious is approaching, and we are already planning a special gathering to celebrate it. This is not just about marking one year on the calendar. As we’ve said before in earlier blog posts, Curious was never simply a name change, it was an evolution.

Some people thought the agency would simply survive after the transition. What actually happened was something much bigger. In a relatively short period of time, the progress has been massive. The cohesion between everyone improved, the internal dynamics changed, the way the work flows changed, and the overall structure of how things operate evolved in a very positive direction, everything started working way better.

So this upcoming anniversary is not just about celebrating a year, it’s about celebrating how far things have come in such a short amount of time.

So because of that, the girls also want to celebrate it. A small gathering is being planned and we’re still figuring out exactly what we’ll do.

Of course there will be food, music and plenty of chisme. That’s something that never fails. It will be a day to celebrate, relax and why not… keep going until the body can’t take it anymore.

So this anniversary won’t just be about marking time. It will be about recognizing the progress, the lessons and the people who helped build what Cuties has become.

The streets remember every voice

Yesterday, Sunday March 8th, was International Women’s Day. I took a moment to congratulate the Cuties on a special day like this, but more importantly to thank them and remind them of the value they bring as women.

I also reminded them of something that matters a lot to me and to the way this agency operates. Everything they do here is done with dignity, with their own decisions, their own limits and their own goals in mind. And it should always stay that way.

Every woman here brings something unique. Not just beauty, but personality, intelligence, resilience and the determination to move forward in life. Some are studying, some are saving money, some are building plans for their future. Whatever their reasons may be, their work deserves respect.

Yesterday in the city there was the March 8th demonstration. As it happens every year, feminist groups, supporters and sometimes more radical factions take to the streets, usually starting around Zona Río, which happens to be close to many of the hotels and places that clients often use.

They march and raise their voices for women who can no longer do so. They demand justice for those who have disappeared and for the many women who have lost their lives over the years. That cause is honorable and one I completely sympathize with.

At the same time, there are also more radical groups within these demonstrations that sometimes direct their anger toward men in general or engage in destruction and blockades that affect people who have nothing to do with the issues being protested.

Imagine ambulances being blocked and unable to reach their destination, doctors having their cars vandalized and unable to get to work to save lives, businesses that employ women being damaged. Situations like that deserve deeper reflection.

Supporting women, demanding justice and honoring their voices should always remain the focus. Respect and awareness should lead the conversation forward.

On another note, this past week I’ve been working on several updates across the website. I’ve been adding new photos and videos to many profiles so the content reflects a more current version of the girls.

I also reorganized the internal structure of the profiles so the information is cleaner, easier to read and more visually organized. The goal is to make everything more accessible and give the profiles a much cleaner presentation overall.

In addition to that, I simplified the Prices section and the How to Book guide, making them shorter, clearer and easier to understand.

Recently I’ve been seeing a lot of new visitors and first time clients and many of them simply don’t know how the booking process works yet. These changes should make it much easier for newcomers to understand how to proceed and schedule properly.

You may have also noticed some comebacks in the lineup. Jessica is back, Natasha has returned and Weed Girl is also back for a short period of time. In addition to that, Asia decided to change her name and will now be going by Alessia.

Overall it has been a week of reorganizing things and getting everything a bit more structured again.

There will also be a change regarding the WhatsApp contact number as part of this reorganization. For now I will keep both numbers active. I don’t want to move too abruptly if the change feels sudden for some people who are used to the previous contact.

So during this transition both numbers will remain available. Later on I’ll see how things evolve and decide whether we fully transition to the new number or continue using both.

Before closing, I also want to take a moment to say thank you.

Thank you to all the new clients who have taken the time to visit the site and explore what I do here. And thank you as well to everyone who has been with Cuties for a long time, the regulars who already know how things work and who continue to show respect and support.

Cuties has grown and evolve because of the people who appreciate what has been built here. At the end of the day, everything comes down to something simple. Respect, honesty and understanding that behind every profile there is a real person with goals, responsibilities and a life beyond this space.

As long as that remains clear for everyone involved, things will always move in the right direction.

Don’t You Wanna Play?

After everything that happened on Sunday the 22nd here in Tijuana, things were tense for a day. By Monday the city was basically back to normal. In other states the chaos lasted on a few more days, but here it settled fast. Right now, everything is running the way it was before the events of Sunday the 22nd.

A lot of people are still asking me if it’s safe to come to Tijuana.

My answer is simple. Things are back to how they were before. From there, it’s on you. Everyone has to evaluate their own comfort level and make their own decision.

I have been making changes to the site and to several profiles. I’ve been adding more photos and more videos. I’m not done yet, thru the week I’ll keep uploading more content until everything is fully updated. I want every profile to feel complete. Better photos and more material. Less guessing.

Info Squad has been on fire lately. New clients keep coming in and with that comes the endless “info” messages. There’s no cure for that, but sending random messages asking for information that is already posted is getting old. Everything you need is in each profile. Rates, details, photos, videos. It’s not hidden.

From now on, I’m ignoring messages that only say “info.” If that’s all you send, don’t expect a reply.

Same thing with the random name drops. I get a message out of nowhere that just says “Isabella.” Or another one that just says “Leslie.” And that’s it. No context, no date, o time.

What am I supposed to do with that?

There’s literally a booking guide available, step by step. Simple. I can’t afford to waste time playing guessing games, especially now that everything has picked up again.

Sasha came back for just one weekend and then returned to her hometown. It was short, sweet and that was it. There’s no set date for another visit. If that changes, you’ll know.

Now, Hannia is completely new. Brand new energy, brand new face. She’s 18 and trying her luck, seeing how this world fits her. Her availability is actually really good. She’s motivated and ready to work. As always, time will tell how she adapts and how things develop, but at the moment she’s stepping in strong.

Because of the high demand that Tania has been getting, she decided to increase her availability. She’ll now be available starting at 12 pm. She decided to go full time, I didn’t see that coming but the results she’s been having clearly influenced her decision. When someone sees consistent bookings it changes their perspective. So yes, Tania is now fully committed.

Natasha is back. For how long? No idea. You already know how this goes, there is a Brayan around her so just take the chance now, Brayans will ruin it for everyone sooner or later.

This week we also celebrated Bast and Emily.

They had the idea to go out to a bar inside the well known Grand Hotel Tijuana. At first, it sounded perfect but once they were there, the vibe shifted. They started feeling uncomfortable and there was this weird pressure about who their “guests” were going to be. Questions that didn’t make sense. A tone that felt off.

Why? We never really figured that out.

Instead of sticking around and tolerating something that didn’t sit right, they made the call to leave. And honestly, that was the right move, if something feels off, we don’t negotiate with that feeling. Then the night got interesting.

We ended up at a hidden bar, the kind of place that requires a password to get in. We walked in and we were the only ones there. The whole place was basically ours, that alone changed everything. The girls relaxed immediately, no weird eyes, no pressure, no random energy in the room. Just us.

A place where you can actually talk about real things. The secret stuff, the things you don’t say in public spaces.

Emily already knew the spot, which made it even better. She was the one who showed it to us and she also introduced us to a drink called the Zombie but let me tell you something, that thing is dangerous. Way too much alcohol disguised as something tropical and friendly. It definitely shifted the mood into something softer, closer.

The night flowed. Conversations opened up. Laughter, stories, no filters.

We also had the company of two other girls that are not in the agency. At least not yet. But the fact that they were there, sharing space with us, says something. What makes it satisfying isn’t just the possibility of them joining. It’s that the connection is real and there are people outside the agency also being part of it at some point.

The trust is growing beyond just work.

When the girls feel safe enough to bring parts of their personal circle into the mix, that means something. That means the environment is solid.

Now, lets be clear. That kind of night is special. It’s outside of work. It’s celebration. It’s personal bonding. It’s stepping out of the agency dynamic for a moment.

But when it comes to work, the standards do not change. Boundaries stay firm, expectations stay clear. We can have secret bars, heavy drinks and honest conversations. But when it’s time to work, it’s time to work.

This reminds me that in basically a month Cuties will celebrate its first birthday. I’ve been watching the agency evolve in a way I didn’t fully plan, but it’s great, when I sit down and actually think about that, it hits different. Everything that’s happened in less than twelve months is insane. What didn’t get done in ten years somehow came together in under one. Structure, identity, standards. A real team.

For a long time, things felt stuck, like pushing something uphill that wouldn’t move. Ideas stayed as ideas; plans stayed half built. Energy was scattered. But this past year? It’s like something finally clicked. The vision got sharper, the lineup got stronger, the environment got healthier.

In less than a year, Cuties became structured, cohesive, respected. The standards are clear, the expectations are clear, the energy is different. It’s not chaotic anymore.

At first it was just a name change, a shift in direction. But it grew into something much bigger. It turned into structure, into identity. Into a space where each girl, no matter her style or background, actually has her place, that wasn’t always the case before.

Instead of celebrating survival, we will be celebrating evolution. Cuties became something I didn’t even know I needed. These last two months, especially starting the year, made that very clear. We’ve integrated more, we connected more, we shared more. Not just inside of work, but outside of it too. Conversations, celebrations, honest moments. The kind that don’t show up on a website or in a booking.

Now, finally, it feels like we’re exactly where we’re supposed to be. That is the real win.

When chaos shakes the city

Mexican federal forces carried out a major operation in Jalisco, taking down the man widely considered the head of the most powerful criminal organization in the country. Officials stated the operation was conducted in cooperation with Mexican military forces and coordinated alongside the U.S. Army.

He was viewed as one of the most wanted criminal figures in the world. His death didn’t land quietly. It triggered immediate backlash across multiple states, including Baja California, where Tijuana always seems to sit right at the edge of everything.

Here’s where it got messy.

Roadblocks. Vehicles set on fire. Coordinated disruption. What began near Guadalajara and Puerto Vallarta spread tension across all the country. In Tijuana and across Baja California, random acts of violence surfaced. Cars torched, businesses damaged, police detained individuals allegedly involved, authorities reported no civilian losses but the atmosphere was heavy. Patrols increased, military presence became visible.

Foreign governments issued security alerts advising their citizens to stay indoors. Meanwhile, Tijuana International Airport restricted access. Only confirmed passengers with valid identification were allowed inside.

What was framed as a strategic victory instead sent shockwaves through the country. High profile target eliminated. Immediate retaliation was roads blocked, fires, people choosing to stay home.

What we witnessed wasn’t strength. It wasn’t control. It wasn’t dominance. It was reckless reaction by those criminal groups.

Flooding streets, burning vehicles, trying to damage businesses that have nothing to do with what happend. And for what?

Chaos does not reverse death.
Fire does not resurrect a leader.
Destruction does not restore authority.

It drains time, money and stability from the very communities they depend on.

Every burned car is someone’s livelihood.
Every blocked highway delays workers trying to get home.
Every damaged store hits a family that survives day to day.

Small businesses aren’t symbols of the state. They’re barrio, they’re neighbors trying to survive in an already fragile economy.

And strategically? It backfires.

You cannot freeze commerce in your own territory and pretend it doesn’t hit you too.
You cannot block supply chains and assume your own operations stay smooth.
You cannot suffocate local activity and think you’re immune to the consequences.

Everything slows down for everyone, including them.

No territory gained, no long term benefit created, just destruction without outcome. When your actions create more obstacles for you than for anyone else, that isn’t dominance.

And while all that unfolded, real life still had to be handled. I spoke with the Cuties. The decision was simple. Suspend everything, stay home. If it wasn’t necessary to go out, don’t. Avoid driving, avoid exposure. That was the call.

Appointments were paused.

Public transportation even suspended service for hours. A lot of people struggled to get home. I personally helped a few of the girls get where they needed to be safely. And that’s exactly the point with this agency, this isn’t just scheduling. It’s support and knowing they can call and not feel alone when things get unstable. That trust matters more than any booking ever will.

If supplies were needed, the safest move was delivery. The drivers who kept working through that tension deserve recognition. Tip them. They moved through uncertainty so others didn’t have to.

Today, things feel calmer in Tijuana. Less traffic, fewer people out. The city feels quieter but not peaceful, cautious. That slight hesitation still lingers and that’s normal. Fear doesn’t evaporate overnight.

Operations are resuming. Appointments are back, the rhythm is returning but nothing is forced. If a Cutie wants to work, she works. If she prefers to stay home, she stays home.

No pressure. Safety and comfort come first.

Cities are fragile. People are adaptive. Chaos can interrupt routines, but it doesn’t get to define them unless we allow it to.

At the end of the day, real strength isn’t reacting loudly.
It’s protecting your people.
Standing by your girls.
Choosing stability over noise.

Where things stand

This past week felt heavier than usual. A lot was moving at once.

Right in the middle of my birthday week, I got sick. My throat was on fire, my energy went to 0 and I had to cancel one of the celebration days we had planned. The timing was terrible. I even got an injection just so I could push through the rest of my commitments and not shut everything down. It wasn’t glamorous, it wasn’t cute but we still celebrated.

One of the nights turned into a long one. The location was right, drinks were flowing, the vibe was relaxed but alive. There’s something about being around the right people that makes you forget you feel like crap for a few hours. Conversations were easy, laughs were not forced.

A friend showed up and shared a project he’s building around AI that could potentially be implemented in the agency. It reminded me there’s still room to refine, to innovate, to evolve this into something sharper.

It honestly still surprises me how capable, high level, intelligent people have gravitated toward this project since it started. When Cuties began, it was just a name change. Then it slowly evolved into something better. Now it attracts amazing minds.

That night also included Alpha, Isabella, Francesca, Miranda and Leslie, plus a friend who isn’t officially in the lineup but has spent time with us before. The energy was affectionate, playful, natural. At one point, the mood escalated into a spontaneous three way kiss. Not planned. Not performative. It just happened because everyone felt comfortable. We closed the night the right way, tacos in the early morning. There’s something honest about ending a celebration like that.

The next day we had already agreed to meet for lunch. Seafood felt like an amazing move. The wait tested everyone’s patience a bit, but once we were seated, the energy was on the air immediately.

Ana, Irina, Leslie, Rutila, Emily, Isabella, Bast and two additional companions joined. Food was shared, drinks passed around, conversations overlapping. I was still sick but there had to be a tequila shot for the throat and a proper toast.

Leslie surprised me with a small birthday cake decorated with Goku. She paid attention to something personal, she even made sure the cake was small because she knows I shouldn’t have too much sugar for health reasons. That kind of awareness means more. And she also shared some words with all of us.

Then came the gifts.

Clothes, a shirt, perfume, chocolates, a speaker. Even a Nintendo Switch, first a PS5 and now a Nintendo Switch, the ladies were beyond generous. I wasn’t expecting any of it. I shared everything on my WhatsApp status. I am grateful and very lucky, also very happy.

But what impacted me the most wasn’t the material side. They brought medicine. They thought about recovery. They anticipated what I might need. That level of consideration says more about the dynamic than any expensive gift ever could.

Over the past months, something has shifted. The unity between them feels stronger, the closeness feels organic not forced. It’s just connection that formed naturally over time.

Now, since the last blog update, the lineup hasn’t had dramatic changes.

Andrea will be taking some time off after dealing with repeated complaints about her rates from someone… you know, sugars. That kind of pressure isn’t necessary. It’s better for her to step back and return when she’s in peace.

Tania joined with strong energy and presence. She came in confident and it shows in her photos.

Francesca will take a few days for personal reasons. People in the forum have been asking if she is Vanilla. Her answer? It’s a mystery.

Right now the lineup feels balanced in a way it didn’t before. No fillers, no random additions just to increase numbers. Every woman here has a place, each one brings her own rhythm, her own strengths, her own energy and that was always the goal. Real recognition of each Cutie.

Tessa will now have expanded availability, especially earlier hours for those who’ve been asking. That adjustment alone solves something that used to come up constantly.

Miranda wants new photos, so we will talk about scheduling a shoot soon.

Expect new video material added to profiles.

This week had sickness, adjustments, spontaneous moments, unexpected gifts, new ideas and solid confirmations. When things aren’t perfect and it still works, when pressure shows up and people respond with care instead of distance, when unity feels natural instead of forced, that’s when you know this was all worth it and its real.

That’s the difference when you build something with intention.

Evolution in Heels

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been focused on organizing and refining the Cuties lineup. I’ve had individual conversations with several of the girls to review pending matters and discuss ideas for improvement. Nothing serious, nothing uncomfortable. On the contrary, these were constructive conversations centered on growth, positioning and strengthening what we’ve built.

One of the ideas we discussed was expanding into a segment of clientele that hadn’t originally been considered. As expected, opinions were divided. Because of that, I’ve decided that any movement in that direction will be handled individually rather than collectively. Each girl has the autonomy to decide what aligns with her comfort level and personal boundaries.

There is, however, one adjustment that will apply across the board.

The Cuties currently priced at $125 USD will be adjusted to $130 USD.

When I originally set the $125 rate, the dollar was close to 20 pesos. At that exchange rate, $125 converted into a much stronger amount in local currency. Today, the dollar is around 16 pesos. That difference has a real impact.

In simple terms, when the girls exchange their dollars into pesos, they are receiving considerably less than they did when the rate was near 20. The same $125 now converts into hundreds of pesos less per appointment than it once did. Over time, that difference becomes meaningful. Their rent, transportation and daily expenses are paid in pesos, not dollars.

I held the $125 rate for as long as possible. The dollar hasn’t been at 20 for quite some time, and we absorbed that gap to maintain stability and competitive pricing. But the difference has grown enough that it is clearly affecting their real earnings.

The $5 increase is a measured adjustment. It is not drastic and it keeps us competitive, while helping restore some of the lost value caused by currency fluctuations.

Now, the lineup has also been changing I welcome new faces: Andrea, Ivanna, Maro, Megan, Sury, Zamira, Angie and Siena.

What excites me the most is that among these new additions, we now have completely new girls who are just beginning their journey in this line of work. That was something I genuinely wanted. There is something powerful about seeing someone start from zero, learn, grow and evolve within a structured, supportive environment. It brings fresh energy, authenticity and a different kind of motivation to the lineup.

Also welcomed back Jessica, along with Maddison and Jaqueline. It has been a strong period of restructuring and renewal.

For now, I’ve parted ways with Daleyza and Clara, who appear to be focusing on other projects. I genuinely wish them well and the door remains open if they ever decide to return. Sasha has also gone back to her hometown.

Francesca has officially decided to be present and openly part of the lineup. Her decision.

There are also two more ladies currently in line to potentially join the agency. Yes, they are beautiful but, as I always say, beauty alone is not enough to be here. Cuties is about consistency. Will see how that develops and hopefully everything aligns the way it should.

Speaking of new developments, Connie will be adding a new threesome dynamic to her repertoire with her adult niece. We’ve seen this concept before with Isabella, and now Connie will be stepping into it officially. The young woman is new to the industry and still learning, but Connie will be guiding and supporting her as they move forward.

In addition, Isabella has been doing an outstanding job collaborating with Bast and Shantal in lesbian threesomes. The chemistry and professionalism have been impressive. Now Ana is fully integrating into these trio experiences as well, opening the door to a higher level of coordination and evolution within that category. Watching that progression has honestly been exciting.

On a personal note, as many of you saw, it is birthday week for me and it has been incredible.

I had meaningful conversations with some of the Cuties about a closeness that didn’t exist before and that now feels like it’s naturally forming. I truly value that growth in connection.

I received thoughtful wishes, generous gestures and unforgettable moments. A PS5, thank you Isabella and company. It was an incredible surprise and it’s already getting serious use, especially with the games that were also gifted by the Cuties. I also received a tumbler from a former Cutie who is no longer in the lineup, which meant a great deal.

There was breakfast, lunch dates and plenty of home cooked meals. They know how much I appreciate good food, and they absolutely delivered. I am genuinely grateful for the attention, the generosity and the care.

Thank you as well to all the clients who sent birthday wishes through WhatsApp and Telegram. You’ve helped build something special here. This has grown into a real community and that doesn’t go unnoticed.

There is still one more wild weekend ahead before everything wraps up on Sunday. Let’s see how it ends. I just hope I can keep up.

When I look at everything happening right now, I don’t just see changes. I see intention, effort. I see women stepping into new roles, new dynamics, new levels. I see loyalty and growth that didn’t happen overnight, but happened because we chose to build something with structure and standards.

Every addition to the lineup, every adjustment, every new collaboration, every conversation behind the scenes it’s all part of raising the level. And the truth is, when you raise the level, not everyone stays, not everyone fits and that’s okay. What matters is that the foundation stays strong.

Cuties isn’t just about faces. It’s about consistency, evolution, creating something that feels real, structured and intentional in an industry that often isn’t.

Thank you for being part of this journey.Thank you for trusting it and thank you for continuing to recommend Cuties TJ.

You can check out anytime you like

This week really reminded me why I do what I do. The first part of the week felt slow, one of those calm stretches where things move quietly and steadily. Then the weekend arrived and everything shifted fast. Bookings picked up hard, and we ended up closing with a very strong record. I’m grateful to everyone who booked for the first time and to those who continue coming back. That trust it’s what allows me to keep improving Cuties week after week.

On Wednesday, I made space to celebrate Isabella and show her some appreciation. The Cuties and I invited her out, and we went to a restaurant to eat well and unwind. For me, it wasn’t just about dinner. It was about slowing down and enjoying the moment. The afternoon turned out great, full of conversation, laughter and really positive energy. The Cuties were there supporting Isabella with their affection and presence, and a good friend joined us as well. He was definitely noticed by Bast and Isabella, which added a fun and light dynamic to the celebration. I honestly enjoyed having another guy there, balancing the energy among so many beautiful women. It felt natural, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable.

On the agency side, I’ve been talking to some new faces. Alexa and Adelina have officially joined and are now active. I also have a few more girls in the process. I’m intentionally taking my time with them. I prefer to explain everything clearly, answer questions, and make sure they truly understand how we operate before fully stepping in. I’m not rushing anything. I want things done right, with clarity and structure, and then we’ll see how everything develops naturally.

I know many of you have been asking me about Jessy. At the moment, she’s unable to work because she lost her identification. I want to be very clear about this. Without valid ID, nobody works here. Order and structure matter to me, and I’m not willing to go back to times where things were loose or unclear. As soon as she resolves that situation, she’ll be back in. Until then, the rule stands.

Sasha is back and will be available for a few days. I already know how this usually goes. The questions start coming in. When is she coming back? Why isn’t she on the website? Is she still available? If she’s not listed, it simply means she’s not available at that moment. Availability changes fast. If you’re interested, schedule while you can and don’t wait until it’s too late.

Maddison is currently on vacation. She’ll be returning soon, but there’s no exact date yet, even on her end. Once I have a clear update, I’ll share it.

Updates might start coming a bit slower from now on, and I want to explain why. The hardest part is already behind us. Before this stage, a lot of my time and energy went into fixing structure, leveling things out, and removing what was holding the agency back from earlier phases, even before the new name. That process wasn’t easy, but it was necessary.

Now that everything is more stable, the work looks different. There’s actually more responsibility, but it’s healthier work. The girls who need to be here are staying longer, they’re being noticed more, and they finally have a stronger platform where people can clearly see that every Cutie has something to offer. That matters to me a lot.

Because of that, I’m also taking my time with new applicants. I’m moving slower, but with intention. I explain how things work and make sure the fit is right before bringing anyone in. Of course, everyone loves seeing new faces join, and I do too, but we’re no longer in a rush just to grow numbers.

We’re simply in a different stage of the agency now. It’s more solid, more focused and more intentional. Rather move forward calmly and correctly than fast and unstable. That’s how Cuties keeps growing.

At this point, I’ve learned that growth isn’t always about speed. Sometimes it’s about knowing when to slow down, protect what you’ve built, and truly value your work. I’ve learned not to let others take advantage of the effort or walk away with things they didn’t earn. What’s built with time, discipline and consistency deserves to be respected.

I’ve always believed that only hard work brings real results and that’s something I want to keep transmitting to the girls. If they want great clients, they have to work great. Effort and commitment matter, and when you give that, you earn the right to expect the same level in return.

Cuties is no longer just starting out or trying to prove something. It has become a place with identity, structure and intention. I’m focused on where we’re going. Moving forward, I choose stability over chaos, quality over quantity, and long term vision over quick results.

That’s it for now. If you read all the way down, you officially deserve a booking.

Everybody wants to rule the room

Today we celebrate Isabella’s birthday, she is  a woman who is truly an example in the agency. Her consistency, responsibility and dedication to what she does show that she is a solid pillar here. Simply by doing things the right way, she has proven that she has everything it takes to be a star. That is something I wish for all of them. She has earned it by staying focused and committed, without shortcuts.

Outside the agency, despite everything she has gone through recently, she has remained strong and resilient. That kind of inner strength is not common. Cuties is genuinely lucky to have her. Today, I wish that this new year brings her the reflection of everything her effort and her heart truly deserve.

If you book her, this is the time to bring Isabella a small gift or take her out to eat. The only thing she does not like is sushi. Happy birthday, Isabella. We will be celebrating you on Wednesday.

Last week was full of work on many fronts. One of the main tasks was updating the website so that every girl who offers threesomes now has her trio photos directly on her profile. This was done to keep the material organized, avoid losing content over time and build more complete and clearer profiles. It required a lot of patience because there is a large amount of material, but the result was worth it. The profiles look better, more structured, and easier to navigate. From here, we will continue focusing on communication and consistency.

So far, the new girls have adapted well, although I already had to give the first warning. That is part of growth and improvement. Everything is done with the intention of making things better and keeping standards clear.

Melody and Harmony will remain active. I still need to sit down and talk properly with them about what is needed moving forward. Inside the room everything is excellent. Their service is outstanding, their chemistry is undeniable and their lesbian show is something no one questions. It is proven and appreciated. However, it is important to integrate everything fully. That is what I ask of everyone. Cuties was created to evolve, not to move backward or stay stuck.

For now, Vanilla and Isabella will continue working, but they will not be doing threesomes together. Vanilla wants to focus on solo work and she was trained by Isabella, so she has strong foundations and understands how things work. She will return to doing threesomes with her later. At the moment, she does not feel confident enough to do them with someone else.

Speaking of threesomes, Connie and Isabella are having a strong moment. Their threesome has been discovered, and it was exactly what both of them were missing in their repertoire. It is great to see the success they are having, and it is clear proof of their work and compatibility.

I also posted the WhatsApp channel link in the forum to make it easier for everyone to join. This is a channel I will start using more frequently to post updates. The dynamic remains the same, but it gives me the option to share things in a more private way when needed. A reminder to everyone: the material shown is not meant to be used to jack off. That is not its purpose. It exists to help real clients make decisions and to give them a clear idea of who might be the right choice when they are able to visit. Many people constantly ask for more and more material without ever booking. That is not what this is for. There is plenty of free content elsewhere.

At the end of the day, everything comes back to the same point. People matter. The work matters. Growth only happens when there is structure, respect and a real intention to do things right.

Have a great week everyone. Stay focused, take care of yourselves and remember, coffee helps, patience is mandatory and chaos is not on the schedule this week.

Too real to fade

This week I will focus on updating the visual material. To keep things fresh and more diverse I decided to slightly change locations for the photos instead of repeating the same place over and over. The goal is simple: more variety, more personality and content that feels alive. Along with that, it felt like the right moment to refresh the website front page. As profiles are gradually updated with new material, I’ll also be updating the threesomes combination lists.

One of the biggest updates in the new material is that Isabella finally decided to show her face. She was one of the most hesitant about it so I never pushed her. I waited, gave it time, and asked again later when everything felt right. In the end, she decided to do it. Honestly, she was one of the girls who wanted it the least, so her yes came as a surprise, and a very positive one

At the same time, there are many Cuties and it’s just me handling everything, so I’ll be doing as much as possible within the time I have. Even so, the changes are already noticeable and clients are already asking about the ladies.

The first phase of this agency for the first 8 months was almost entirely focused on the Cuties who stayed and continued working with me. The name change came with a structural change, but more importantly, with a clear vision. The work needed to be taken more seriously. That was the hardest part and it paid off. Once the foundation and structure are solid, the focus will be about teamwork. Unity doesn’t just happen on its own, it comes from clarity, shared goals and trust. With that in place, the Cuties are now working more closely together, feeling more comfortable exploring new combinations and dynamics. Girls who were not doing threesomes, like Ana alongside other Cuties, are now open to trying new experiences together, including fully immersive lesbian shows.

This phase represents real growth. Not just visually, but as a team. After the name change and link, rebuilding forced me to rethink everything from the ground up to make it stronger, and it turned out great. What exists now is stronger, more unified and much more intentional. And honestly, this feels like just the beginning.

A great example of this is Isabella and Connie, who finally have their photos together. Their lesbian show has received excellent feedback, especially because of how natural it feels. Connie genuinely loves women and is completely comfortable and with Isabella the connection is clearly there. What matters most is the intense and authentic bisexual threesome experiences that clients can truly enjoy.

Bast is still looking for the right partner for a strong threesome and I actually suggested Isabella as a possibility. At the same time, Bast has been exploring a side of herself that hadn’t really come out before, her Dominatrix role. It’s something she enjoys and feels confident in and recently it has started to show more clearly in her work, adding another layer to her presence and versatility.

The new Cuties like Jacqueline, Ivanna, Ariana and Ashley have arrived with a great attitude, and that makes me happy. Some of them had never worked as escorts before, and that speaks about the agency’s growth and the level of trust it now provides. Choosing this agency as their first step tells me Cuties is doing things right.

Natasha only stayed for a few days and will remain under the radar, but just briefly.

On the other hand, not every situation works out, and that’s part of running things seriously. Melody and Harmony did work well together doing threesomes, but as I mentioned in the forum, this job requires much more than what happens in the room. Communication and basic standards matter. With the way Harmony handled communication and how she addressed others, she didn’t meet the minimum required to continue promoting her. I chose to let her go.

I was clear, direct and respectful when I told her. Moving backwards isn’t an option. If someone isn’t willing to integrate everything this work requires, then I’m not interested in continuing. Unfortunately, the situation also affected Melody, her girlfriend, since personal issues and jealousy from Harmony started interfering with the work, even reaching a point where discretion was at risk. In cases like that, it’s better to cut things clean. This work demands maturity, discretion and the ability to separate personal matters from work.

At the end of the day, building something more solid took time, patience and a lot of uncomfortable decisions. Growth isn’t always pretty and it rarely happens all at once. But every change, every adjustment and every hard call has been about moving forward, not standing still. I am very glad to see how far the agency has come, of the team that’s been built and of the trust that continues to grow. There’s still work to do, but the direction is clear, and that’s what matters most.

Not new, just true

The new year started strong. After months of nonstop movement, things finally settled into a rhythm I can honestly call normal. Busy and full in a good way. Everything feels more organized, more natural, finally sitting where it should.

One thing I’ve clearly noticed is the increase in demand for threesomes. Being clearer and more specific about services made a real difference. When things are explained properly, clients know what to expect and can choose better. From those who like to carefully pick two or more girls that really fit their taste, to those looking for something more intense and adventurous, the interest keeps growing.

Speaking of threesomes, many of you have already noticed Ariana. She is completely new, truly brand new, and she will be doing threesomes with Emily. Since Ariana is just starting, these will be soft interaction threesomes. It’s honestly very uncommon for a totally new girl to jump straight into full lesbian interaction and that’s perfectly fine.

And yes, Ariana is brand new. And yeah, that shit makes me happy, I love when girls choose this agency as the very beginning of their journey. That means a lot to me. Of course, not everything is perfect all the time. I decided to let Jane go because it wasn’t her moment for this work, no drama. When she’s more ready, she’ll be welcome back. Simple as that.

I really like moving forward. The girls who were here, were here, and I genuinely hope they’re doing well. Now I can focus more on bringing in totally new talent. That doesn’t take anything away from the classics at all. The Cuties who have stayed consistent over time deserve real respect. Ana, Leslie, Rutila, Shantal, Irina, Miranda, Bast. All of them have taken this agency to another level. Staying relevant is way harder than being new. Staying relevant is much harder than being new. New faces always get attention but consistency over time is what proves discipline, hard work and professionalism. That deserves recognition without debate.

I want the agency to be the support system, not the other way around, not something that depends entirely on specific girls to survive. When that balance is healthy, everyone benefits, the structure has to be stronger than any individual. When that balance is right, everyone wins. The girls are protected, supported and not carrying the weight of the business on their shoulders or doing my job.

Shifting my focus toward new talent has been the answer. Girls who are completely new, starting fresh, choosing this world consciously. That is what excites me the most. When someone decides that this agency is where their journey begins, it carries meaning, trust and intention, and that matters deeply to me and also they can work and be trained by more experienced Cuties, new combinations and the best of both worlds together.

Connie and Isabella also deserve a special mention. The feedback on their lesbian show has been excellent. Connie genuinely likes women, and her connection with Isabella was natural from the beginning. That chemistry made their trio very flexible. It works for relaxed clients and also adapts perfectly for those looking for something more intense and memorable. When the connection is real, it shows.

On top of that, some really good combinations have come together naturally. Everything feels like it’s falling into place, and honestly it’s impressive to see how well things are aligning at the start of this new year. I still need to update some things. Stuff changes fast around here, so between answering messages and booking, I’ve got my hands full. Remember, I do everything here. I’ll get to it.

Irina is back. Scarlett is back. And yes, Catalina is back too. Catalina’s case deserves a bit more context. Her work as a doctor is extremely important and very demanding. Maintaining someone’s health or even saving a life will always come before a date. That’s just reality. Keeping this kind of work discreet is already hard, now imagine balancing it with a medical career. She truly deserves recognition for that. Patience is key here. She’ll always do what she can, and those who have seen her already know she’s absolutely worth the wait.

Staying on the medical topic for a moment, Nadia had a few complications recently, but she’s already active again. Overall, she has always been a solid part of the agency. Consistent, reliable, no bullshit. That deserves recognition too.

Wishing everyone a smooth, focused, and enjoyable week ahead. Things are moving, things are aligning, and the best moments usually come when you let them happen naturally. What really keeps everything moving is not speed, hype or constant noise, it is intention and hard work. When things are done with clarity, structure and respect for everyone involved, the results speak for themselves. Growth does not need to be rushed to be real, it just needs direction.

HAPPY 2026!

Happy New Year!

Yeah, no weird tittle this time

Last year started feeling like it was going to be pure chaos. Too many moving pieces, too many decisions, too many risks stacked on top of each other. At moments it honestly felt like I was stepping into the unknown with no real safety net. But now, standing here at the start of a new year, I can say without hesitation that it turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

When I decided to bring my work into what is now Cuties, it wasn’t some long dramatic announcement. I told only a few people at first. The very next day, boom, new name, new direction, new identity. That was the first real shift. From that moment on, things were never meant to stay the same, they were meant to improve. Everything changed. New name, new structure, new direction. What seemed like a chaotic move ended up being the smartest one. It allowed evolution. It allowed growth. It allowed money to flow in a healthier way. And it allowed something even more important, building trust and connection within the agency.

The evolution over these months has been very intentional. I focused hard on structure. On balance. On making sure every single girl has her own space, her own recognition, her own spotlight. I didn’t want another agency where only a few carries all the weight, bring all the clients and burn themselves out while others stay invisible. That shit isn’t fair and it’s not sustainable. So I worked on building a structure where everyone matters. Profiles that actually highlight their qualities. Clear rules, clear expectations, respect going both ways. Support systems so no one feels like they’re on their own. My job became about backing them up, creating opportunities, managing the flow, protecting the environment we work in and making sure no one is treated like a replaceable object.

One of the biggest surprises of this past year was how much closer I became to the girls. Not in some forced or awkward way, but naturally. Real human moments. Shared time, conversations, laughter, holiday dinners, even homemade meals that honestly meant more than anything fancy. Those moments reminded me that this isn’t just about work or money. It’s about people. And at the same time, that closeness made the work better, more honest, more solid.

The past couple of weeks were the perfect way to close that chapter. Two weeks of festive madness, holidays everywhere, Christmas end of the year rush, endless shopping lines, rain, parties and nonstop movement. Everything was busy as hell, active, intense. I ran out of hours in the day between messages, commitments, visits, posadas and work. It was exhausting, no doubt, but it was the good kind of tired. The kind that comes from things actually moving forward.

With that normal rhythm back, communication also goes back to how it should be. During the holidays everything moved fast, sometimes too fast, and there were moments where I simply couldn’t be everywhere at once. Now things are calmer which means better attention, clearer communication, and taking proper time for each situation. That’s how I prefer to work, and that’s what defines Cuties.

Right now, availability is still adjusting. Some of the Cuties are returning today, like Leslie, Nubia, Emily, Agatha, and Catalina. Others are still spending time in their hometowns. Irina, for example, chose to deliver the toy donations she collected in her hometown, something she had planned for a long time because it held personal meaning for her. She shared the evidence with me and asked me to thank everyone involved. Moments like that show the kind of people that are part of this agency, and that makes me proud.

We also have new faces joining us, including girls who have never worked in this before. Jane is one of them. Seeing someone choose Cuties TJ as their first step speaks volumes. That level of trust didn’t exist before. It’s proof that the vibe has changed, that the space feels safer, more human and more solid.

Before closing, I want to say thank you.

To my clients, I want to say thank you. Truly. Thank you for the trust, for the patience during busy times and for choosing Cuties again and again. This past year came with changes, movement and growth and none of that happens without people who understand the process and respect the space we work in and most important, the ladies. I wish you a happy new year, one filled with clarity, good decisions, success and moments that actually matter. I appreciate every message, every visit, and every respectful interaction more than you probably realize.

And to the Cuties, thank you for your trust, your effort, your professionalism and your humanity. You are not just part of the agency, you are the agency. Everything that works, everything that grows, everything that feels right comes from you. This year brought us closer, not just professionally but humanly and that means a lot to me. I wish you a new year full of growth, stability, safety and real opportunities. I’m grateful for each of you, for walking this path with me and for helping build something that finally feels aligned.

This new year doesn’t feel like starting over. It feels like continuing something that finally makes sense. What once looked like chaos turned into clarity. What felt risky became stable. Growth came not just in numbers or money, but in relationships and purpose. And that, more than anything, tells me we’re on the right path.

For everyone, both clients and Cuties, my wish for 2026 is simple, may this year bring respect, growth, abundance and peace, and may we all keep choosing what helps us evolve while taking care of each other along the way.
