Let’s start with the most important news, Anahi’s birthday! Yesterday was her big day, much thanks to those of you who remembered and even left her gifts. She truly appreciated it and it helped her enjoy a more relaxed and happy day. Today she’s dead tired and resting but tomorrow she’ll be back continuing her journey. Lately she’s been building up a strong fan base thanks to her consistency and she genuinely loves sending content, so expect even more from her soon.

I haven’t posted as much as I usually do, I know, it was one of those weeks full of bookings, commitments, meetings and even a dinner I had with some of the Cuties at a so called Fancy pants restaurant. To be honest, we all agreed afterwards food always hits better when it’s Street style where true Mexican flavor lives. Mexican food is best when it’s homemade, simple and full of taste, not dressed up with too much decoration. At the end of the day, flavor is what really matters.

Last week was crazy, mostly because so many were waiting for Ana’s return to threesomes. Ana and I had a long talk because she wasn’t happy about some things, especially the way her publicity had slowed down. I had to explain to her something very important: Cutíes Tj is not the old agency. This is a new versión, better organized, more structured and with a lot more work put into it. And last but definitely not least , Jessy is back and better than ever after some relaxing vacation time. She managed it all so quickly, first she left her sister Allison as her replacement and then went off to enjoy her break and go back to where she started modeling, since modeling school has been an important part of her life. September is here, the month of Mexico’s Independence and that means the city comes alive with kermeses all month long. For those who don’t know, a kermes is a kind of a festival with food, games, music and lots of fun, it’s a chance for everyone to celebrate and enjoy the community. On top of that, there is the Noche Mexicana (mexican night), a special evening full of traditional music, dancing and festive vibes. What’s amazing about it is how much the music can vary from state to state, sometimes it’s mariachi, sometimes folk dances that go back generations and we still see aloing with traditional clothes from each state. And the food! From tacos of course and tamales to regional specialties like mole, pozole or fresh aguas frescas, its a true feast that shows off the incredible diversity of Mexican culture. It’s always a great way to feel the energy of the month and dive into the celebrations.

And of course, September 15th is the big night, but will alk about it when the night comes close.

Now for some updates.

This week was all about keeping the catalog in line.The girls are adapting, and everything looks good but if I don’t keep reinforcing it things can slip fast. It’s easy for someone to forget we are still in a new pase. The new girls have been amazing. They jumped in with the right attitude, understood the seriousness of this work and really made this easier.

Now, Erika has a story on her own. Right after she joined, she ran into a huge emergency. Someone very close to her tried to take advantage of her work and it put her in a really tough spot. I’ve seen situations like that before as you know, so I knew I had to step in. I didn’t just give her a quick tip I also opened up more options, more guidance, everything she could possibly need. My job, like I’ve said before, is to make sure these women have support. Yes, this time it means I end up indirectly helping people who probably don’t deserve the benefits of Erika’s talent and effort but I do this for her and that’s all that matters.

Sometimes people don’t realize everything that goes into running Cuties Tj, all the support the girls need, the guidance, the orientation and really listening to understand how to work with them from a serious but totally empathetic perspective. It’s necessary to understand them and also for them to understand how this works. It’s not just about answering messages, it’s about keeping their growth on track, making sure they are safe and that they know they have support. It can be messy, chaotic, and exhausting but seeing them making it work has been more than worth it. I always have said here the ladies are first.

Anahi needed a Little push too, nothing serious, just a little encouragement because her birthday is coming up in September 7th. Anyone who wants to bring her a gift is more than welcome. She’s incredible. Constantly sending photos, updates, staying active… she really takes her work seriously and it shows now that she left that Brayan out of her life, at least for now but hoping she will stay with us.

I decided to let Joss take her own path again. She just doesn’t seem to fit the structure I have here and that’s fine. It’s exhausting trying to manage every client who wants her, telling them to pick a plan B in case she’s late or doesn’t show. I get it, she is amazing but there are so many other girls in the catalog who are just as incredible. No need to be masochistic about it after 2 or 3 times hoping she will be on time.

Daphne decided to jump in and try her hand at the work. She learned a lot and got a taste of the real job but she needs to go back to university so her time will be short, focused on classes and her normal routine. Honestly, it says a lot about her goals and dedication. She will be back during her next vacations.

Yessenia has a trip this week but she will be back soon with fresh new images. Her new look with long hair is stunning and the feedback has been fantastic not just for her beauty, but also for her professionalism. Her sister, Allison, has joined as well. The two of them have already started building a good working dynamic and Yessenia has taken the time to explain everything to Allison. They haven’t decided to do a sisters threesome but they are both determined to work the right way. Allison just had her first appointment, and the client extended her time to ensure a proper dinner and from the looks of it, was a success.

Tessa will be taking a few days off. She has been been in high demand and it’s easy to see why, her beauty is hard to ignore and her reputation spreads fast.

In good news, Lilith has returned. She fixed her previous issue and now has availability. She is a girl with excellent reviews about her personality and its hard not to love her. Even though she’s relatively new, she already made a strong mark and learned quickly.

You probably noticed that Mayra is back. I had to be clear about the chances I’ve already given and what it really takes to stay here as part of the team. She also owed quite a bit and if she thought I will be working for free that just wasn’t realistic. The truth is there are plenty of girls that want to improve and that’s the energy I want in this project.

And look, this isn’t about money, if it was I would just let anyone in and book them without caring how they worked. My focus is long term. If we already done so much in such a short time then I want to see how far we can go by building a team that’s focused and motivated, the ladies have been great building a better agency. So, Mayra, besides being beautiful, she actually took the initiative to reach out to me about coming back and that counts. Hopefully this time we work better together.

Now for the fresh faces:

Daphne just joined, brand new to this world. She has a good attitude. Even while doing this part time since she already has a steady job, she already had her first bookings and even her first review, which came out positive. Always nice to see new girls get results so quickly with a little guidance.

Alexia just joined too. She is new to this scene also, but this is exactly what I’ve been wanting, I love how new ladies and the most experienced ones mix, not just bringing back girls from the past who are already moving on, but bringing in fresh energy, new generations who see this as a stepping stone toward their bigger goals. That’s the kind of motivation that pushes the team forward. Daphne and Alexia are so welcome and lets see how they do.

Fanny also joined recently. She had her first booking and did fine, but she really needs better photos. She just sent me new ones, so I’ll update her profile soon.

Melissa is another addition and she’s already making an impact. The feedback has been excellent from the start. Like Fanny, the only thing holding her back are her photos. I’ve been wanting to set up photo sessions, but between handling bookings and all the new clients my time has been limited. Still, I’ll make it happen.

Zulema is new as well. I explained how things work and I’ll be asking for feedback since she had her first date yesterday. So far, she’s been a solid addition, especially since many of you had been asking for blondes.

Eva joined and honestly, she’s stunning. Gorgeous, voluptuous and she works flawlessly. Having her here is definitely a win.

Some sad news:

Valentina came in from Colombia, but communication wasn’t there. At the end of the day, it made more sense to move forward without her. If she changes her approach later, will give it another shot.

Had to let Cassandra go. The truth is when you are not ready, you’re just not ready and that’s how it works here. I rather step back from girls who struggle to adapt because at the end of the day the space is valuable and already have plenty of Cuties making the most of it and more on the way. Sometimes the best move is to let go so the team can keep growing with the ones who have the energy and conviction to move forward.

Lilith has to take care of some personal matters, so she won’t be available for now. Hopefully everything works out for the best, first things first and when she’s ready she will be back at Cuties.

Emily is taking a few days off. She needed a vacation and I think it’s better that way so when she returns, it will be with fresh energy and ready to keep going.

That’s the big picture this week about new talent and a couple of returns. On top of that, I’ve been seeing a wave of new clients who are showing up prepared. They read the profiles, check the photos, reviews and info and when they reach out everything is ready to go. That makes things smoother for everyone.

And just a reminder: there’s already plenty of info out there with profiles with photos, videos, rates and details, reviews in the forum, regular blog posts and tons of free content on Telegram and WhatsApp. If you come in asking “info” without checking what’s already there, you’re going to get ignored. Priority always goes to clients who do their homework and come ready to book. That’s the only way to keep things moving smoothly as we grow.

Weekly recap here at CutiesTj. Things are moving faster than expected and keeping up has definitely been a challenge but honestly this is the kind of chaos I welcome. Growth always comes with a bit of craziness. The energy is high, the schedule is packed and theres a lot of good things building up.

Also worth noting are some exciting returns. Joss is back. She had been reaching out consistently, and after a clear and honest conversation, we agreed to give it another go under new terms and with a slow approach. Good to see her back on the list.

This week, Anahí reached out during the weekend for a little help and Ana had also done so a few days earlier. I helped them both with pleasure but what I liked most was seeing how what I’ve always emphasized is playing out in real time: my job is to support and guide the girls, not the other way around.

I’m here to give them structure, clarity and a sense of safety so they can focus on giving their best. That kind of mutual trust is what makes everything work.

On the content side of things I’ve been pushing hard to keep everything up to date. New photos, new videos, more consistent posts, yeah it’s been a lot. I hope everyone is having a chill Sunday. You know how it is, Sundays are usually slow after a long week, I took it easy today too just answering a few booking requests while resting.

Baja Beach Fest is in town and you can imagine what that means, a lot of the girls went out, partied hard, danced till sunrise and Sunday has been a recovery day for them. Hungover, sleeping and definitely not ready for bookings. They deserve the rest, some of them took the day to spend time with family.

Nahomi and Erika just joined and they showed up at the perfect time. Beautiful, and already getting attention. What’s even better? Erika and Aurora are teaming up and offering threesomes.

She is responsible, communicative and the kind of girl that truly gives it her all when she’s with a client. Passionate, attentive and genuine. Lets hope things keep going smooth for her.

Ana had a personal emergency this weekend and needed to make money fast. I was able to help her out by promoting a special rate and I personally covered the difference so she didn’t have to stress. Just did what I could to support her and gave her time to handle things privately, but she is expected to be back on Monday. Hopefully everything’s settled by then.

Agatha is currently off the roster. Why? Well… sadly a Brayan appeared. She decided to step away for now to explore a relationship. Hopefully she finds a good balance, I wish her the best. She is an incredible girl and the door will always be open for her. The only downside? Fara is now without a threesome partner for the overnight super special. The girls who are showing real responsibility today deserve that focus now and that’s exactly where I’m putting my energy.

Tessa is on vacation but she is expected back this week. Meanwhile, Sasha returned to her hometown.

By the way you probably already noticed but I updated the website template again. I know, I love playing with different versions and seeing what feels right. If there’s one thing that defines Cuties Tj right now it’s that the Cuties are now more focused and centered in every decisión, so let me start there where it matters most.

Angélica came back, she returned just as gorgeous and disciplined as ever. That gym body, her elegance and the way she carries herself has not changed. Her return was met with amazing feedback and she reminded me why she is the exception when it came to working with Colombian girls. Even more impressive, she stood up when that random WhatsApp groud manager was trying to convince some of the girls to leave. She didn’t hesitate to defend the agency and showed where her loyalty is. Her reviews have been flawless. She gave me hope again in something I had been close to shutting down.

Tokio had a few moments recently where she felt unsure about staying in the agency. And honestly? I didn’t push her. I even told her to take a step back if she needed space to figure things out on her own. The last thing I want is to force anyone to stay in a space where they don’t feel comfortable. But she made the decisión to stay and that means a lot.

I’ll be keeping her promo a bit lighter at her pace because she’s not a bad person she is quite the opposite and honestly, the people trying to push her out of the agency are just noise, pointless noise. I’m glad she saw past that and more than anything I’m glad that when it came down to it, she chose to stay. That kind of decision carries weight.

Estrella MILF is back too. We talked about the new way things are working and she was open to it. She already had a few dates since rejoining and so far things look promising. I’ll be asking for private feedback from clients soon so I can post

Kate is currently on a short break because she got her wisdom teeth removed. It’s minor but recovery still matters especially for someone known for her oral skills. She will be back soon once she’s fully healed and ready to perform at her best.

Tessa is also taking a little time off but for a much better reason, starting on Thursday, she is going on vacation, something she had been looking forward to for a while. It was actually one of her motivations for joining the agency and it’s worked out for her. She earned it and I hope she enjoys every bit of it.

Emma just joined referred by a Cutie who’s taking a little time off for herself. I always appreciate when the agency grows organically through trusted connections. It keeps the energy clean and the intentions clear.

Nicole and Gem have become real stars. From the moment they arrived they brought that rare spark that’s hard to see. Their professionalism, presence and attitude have already set them as an unique duo, and still waiting to have them act in a sisters threesome. And Yessenia? She’s right there with them going strong too. Three strong additions all with modeling backgrounds, all leveling things up in their own way.

Katya is still going through a tough time. She has been dealing with hormonal imbalances that have really affected her . It’s not something she can just push through, her health has to come first. Rebecca got a bit of unexpected attention last week. Some members booked her and told her about the blog mention about her youthful image and how it might raise suspicion. I honestly didn’t think that part of the post would be taken so seriously but it was. Thankfully Rebecca handled it well. While she did express some concern about people thinking she looked “too young”, there is nothing to worry about and she knows her body is stunning. In the end all of this brought more clarity and ironically even more exposure. So in the bigger picture it actually helped her more than it hurt.

Miranda had an experience recently that didn’t quite go how she expected but it turned into a learning moment, she decided to try her luck working in the club scene. I actually supported her choice because I thought it might work out well for her. But after giving it a go, she told me it just wasn’t her thing.

According to her, the vibe with the clients was totally different and not in a good way. While she was open to exploring something new, in the end she felt it wasn’t worth it financially or emotionally. I still think she has huge potential and it’s actually rare for someone not to enjoy that scene because of the money, but it makes sense when you understand her personality.

Miranda has a certain elegance and energy that doesn’t quite align with the faster and sometimes colder environment of club work. Plus, that world often demands a more rushed kind of service, which is the exact opposite of what she naturally offers, something more refined and intimate. In a way, this confirmed that her value lies in a very different experience

Connie didn’t follow through on what she promised. I’m not sure what’s going on behind her behavior but after giving her three chances it became clear that this isn’t the right time for her to be part of the agency. I truly believe in giving people opportunities, but there comes a point where if someone doesn’t understand what’s expected, whatever the reason, is better for them to take a break and figure things out. And if they’re clear and ready then they can come back. No bad blood. Just boundaries.

Emily has been killing it lately, she has been super engaged with the forum and sometimes when she remembers about getting some feedback she stays nd letting her clients leave until they drop a comment for me. It’s kind of funny but it works. She’s found a way to stay active without needing to write anything. Her results have been solid and not even one complain, it shows she is thinking long term.

Emily reminded me of something I thought about two months ago but only really started applying in the last two weeks. Yes, there are a lot of lurkers watching the site and the forum but not interacting much. And that’s fine, I used to want everyone to be part of a contributing community and even considered adding a forum to the site back in the first blog posts. I talked about it then mostly because I felt the participation was too low when I was managing the old fórum.

Back then I tried to encourage engagement with multiple accounts (yeah, I’ll admit it) but it didn’t really work. It was exhausting and not sustainable. This time I chose a different path and decided to focus on other things. First the structure, vision, quality and when I did finally bring the forum back I knew I couldn’t make the same mistakes.

This is why this version of the forum is more Anonymous and more effortless. People can participate without writing too much and without pressure. But this time it’s real and that’s already making a difference, besides, they dont even have to do it directly, for now, I’m helping to post the feedback until we have enough people participating.

this week was heavy but not in a bad way though. Actually, it was the kind of heavy that reminds you you’re doing something right. After almost four months of taking CutiesTj in a more focused and intentional direction I can finally say it’s paying off big time. This confirmes when there is structure, clear vision and honest leadership things fall into place quicker. Cuties Tj is becoming exactly what I always imagined in an agency and we’re just getting started. This agency has grown faster and stronger since I gave it real direction. After almost four months of tighter structure things are finally clicking.

Now to be fair, this was not build overnight. having a 10 year history helped, definitely made it easier to shift gears. People already knew the kind of work I had been doing with the ads, the website, the ideas, the consistency but what changed everything was shifting the focus. I flipped the energy dynamic, my job is to back them up not the other way around. That shift alone made such a huge difference. You can see it clearly now that they are more motivated, more involved and way more open to collaborate, they started participating more and some even send their promo material without me asking. That’s not luck, that’s mutual respect in action.

The agency isn’t just “back” it’s becoming exactly what I always wanted it to be. The right girls are here. The structure is here and the vision is clearer than ever.

We are not done, just in a different and better track.

I have been seriously busy lately, but that’s a good thing. The girls have been super active, always ready and waiting for work. It’s amazing to see how smoothly everything’s been running. No drama, just good energy all around and a lot of stress like old times. It feels great to see things running this smoothly.

Like I said a couple months ago, I been working on including those members who don’t like writing reviews for whatever reason, not everyone is into posting or putting stuff out in public,and I totally respect that. The cool part is that a bunch of them have been cool with me sharing the feedback they send in private. I got permission and I have been posting their words, keeping their privacy of course, It’s a shame when good feedback doesn’t make it to the forum but I’ve always said that discretion and time are key.

Now, Updates on the girls:

Emily has been on fire, her latest video got a lot of love and she loves all the attention. She feels good knowing she’s being admired and it shows in the way she works and in her confidence. Thanks to all that show love, this really helps the Cuties to know their work is being noticed. 

Aurora has been getting tons of compliments, especially about her face, she does look stunning. She has look that turns heads. Because of all the nice feedback she decided to send in some fresh content so you can see for yourselves. Just know this won’t be a regular thing since those will be special updates.

Rebecca has been feeling a little sad lately. She knows her body is absolutely incredible, petite, tight and totally enviable but a few people get thrown off by how young she looks. Just to clear things up: yes, she’s 100% legal, I only work with adults no exceptions but her body is just so naturally petite and perfect that it kind of stuns people. It’s not something Ive seen happen before, honestly. She’s a total stunner and for those who appreciate that petite look she is basically a dream come true.

Nicole finally has some new pics that really show off her figure better, something she definitely needed. Her feedback has been solid since day one and her sister Gem has been a total star. They haven’t done a threesome yet, but if that ever happens it would be unreal. Fingers crossed for the future.

From the same model school, Yessenia has been super requested. Her schedule can get a little tricky but she’s worth it. Great personality and a body that turns heads. She is also sending in new photos today so keep an eye out for that.

Katya also from that model crew has new photos ready to go but she’s been dealing with a hormonal mess and her cycle is all over the place, and driving her crazy because she really wants to get back to work like her friends. She’s been getting super motivated hearing how well Gem is doing especially since she already got to travel so soon. I know she will come in strong.

Miranda just dropped a fresh set of photos and looking amazing. Super eye catching stuff, she absolutely loves modeling lingerie and the variety she has is wild. Every shoot feels like a whole production, she puts in the effort and you can tell. Miranda really takes care of her body and she does it for herself, which I admire. She enjoys being photographed not just for the attention but because she truly values looking and feeling her best.

Miranda has heart. She’s charismatic, sweet and one of the most genuine people I’ve worked with and loyal too. And that kind of loyalty? Rare these days. I appreciate it more than I can say.

Clients have been sending in incredible feedback about her, nothing but praise. If you haven’t seen her yet then you are seriously missing out. She’s a Cutie you just can’t ignore.

And it doesn’t stop there since Anahi and Kenna just dropped new photos too and they’re looking amazing. Honestly, updates like these are a big deal. Even tho everyone already knows the girls at Cuties Tj are gorgeous and the lineup is next level, fresh content is a great way to show that the hard work is paying off. You can really feel the energy catching on the girls, they are getting more and more motivated and that makes me happy. I love seeing them step it up and stay consistent with these updates.

Tokio still wants to work but unfortunately, she is dealing with some outside drama, stuff that has nothing to do with this agency. I’d rather let her figure out her own path because I’m here to support them, not the other way around. I don’t need someone being part of this while carrying problems caused by others. I think she is wonderful but if she is going to be here I need her to be fully present and not distracted by outside noise.

On a brighter note, Cassandra, Tessa and Janice have really been stepping up and making the lineup even stronger. I used to say, “it’s time to purge” but honestly now its different, the ladies are trying to do better. That’s exactly what I wanted to see and there’s nothing better than doing things right and having the effort get noticed.

Bast has been putting in an impressive amount of effort lately and honestly it’s about time I give her more of the credit she deserves. I made a personal commitment to keep her more in mind and moving forward. She always handled her work well and has definitely left her mark already. She is right up there with Polly, Tokio and Isabella and even does threesomes with them. Bast has shown real commitment and she made that clear in the conversations we had last week. I see it and I appreciate it.

I’ll also be temporarily removing profiles when someone is unavailable just to keep the attention on the girls who are active right now. It’s just a simple strategy to keep everything clear since some of the girls are resting or can’t be available at the moment but once they’re back their profiles will go live again.

Still going strong over here. Things have been moving steady and smooth and I’m loving the rhythm. The girls are staying active, always ready and the energy’s been right.

Been a wild few weeks at Cuties Tj and honestly… I’ve never felt better about the direction this is heading. There is something about these past few weeks that feels different, we are not just getting busier but we are growing with purpose.

I had more ladies reaching out than ever before, some completely new to this world, others who came through friends already working here and even a few asking specifically to work with familiar faces. That says a lot. It means what is being done here is getting noticed. The effort to organize everything under a clear vision is paying off. I’m treating this seriously and that’s exactly what it takes.

When I decided to treat Cuties Tj as a serious business, focused and with one clear visión I knew it would be the turning point and it was. When it’s time to work, work hard. When it’s time to have fun, go all in. No confusion jus balance and results. What really makes me proud is seeing how some of these girls are taking that message to heart, they are not here to play games, they are showing up, asking questions, improving every week and that tells me Cuties Tj is building something solid.

That said, not everything is smooth sailing, this job comes with a fair share of strange moments too. I started getting strange messages from Devany, it didn’t take long to figure out something wasn’t right, probably someone else reading her messages, maybe a boyfriend. She was one of the girls who needed a lot of help with promotion, guidance and visibility. I offered that support and sadly she chose not to appreciate and ended up misusing it in the wrong places. It’s rare, but sometimes this kind of thing happens.

Similarly, Tokio has also been dealing with some uncomfortable situations being harassed using her own publicity materials, it’s honestly frustrating to see. In her case, I may end up suggesting that she takes a step back and gives it time. It’s a shame because she has potential but sometimes the best move is to pause and protect your peace. Meanwhile I can stay focused on all the amazing new Cuties that are coming in and on creating the next wave of stars. That’s where the energy needs to go. Cuties Tj will keep moving forward because only hard work gives Good results. Those kinds of lame situations won’t stop the good work from getting done.

Connie and I had a good talk too, she knows I believe in second chances and the terms we set still stand but we’ve made a few adjustments already discussed and understood. It’s all part of the process.

Mayra also reached out wanting to come back. It wasn’t easy but I had to say no for now, not with how things stand. She still has a lot of growing to do, this work demands maturity but I didn’t close the door, if she takes the time to get serious and shows real growth she is welcome again. Everyone deserves that chance.

And then out of nowhere had a surprise: Selene walked in. Not planned, not expected, but exactly what we didn’t know we needed. Her presence is strong and her experience shows. She teamed up with Irina and the result? Fire. The two have committed to working trios only together and the chemistry between them is real. Selene’s energy meets Irina’s playful edge in the best way. The comments? Already glowing. Some duos just work and this one definitely does, it’s rare to find a duo that feels this natural from day one.

I also had new faces come in recently, I’m not here to close doors and everyone deserves a chance. I don’t see anyone as leftovers or second best. If you’re willing to put in the effort we can make something great together. Of course, I’m realistic, 10 years in this has taught me a lot but now being able to lead this one with full focus and freedom the payoff has been incredible.

Now let me brag a little…

Nicole and Gem, the sisters from modeling school have been an absolute revelation. I honestly didn’t expect them to shine this fast but they’ve blown me away. They came in strong, learned fast, and already stand out as some of the agency most solid names.

In fact, thanks to her work here Gem just hit one of her personal goals real fast and she saved up enough to finally visit a place in Mexico she has been dreaming about for a long time. She is going to take a well deserved week off to go enjoy it and honestly I’m proud of her for making that move. She didn’t overthink it. She reached her goal, made the decision and is going to enjoy what she earned. I fully support her taking that time for herself, that’s exactly the kind of success I want to see come out of this.

From the same modeling school, Yessenia has also surprised me in the best way. She’s still new but picks things up quick and carries herself like she’s been doing this longer than she has. On top of that her look speaks for itself.

And then there’s Tessa. From the moment she arrived she made an impact, there is something about her presence that just clicks and she’s already received her first glowing review. It gives me real hope for her future with us.

And now Cassandra came, just joined the agency and honestly she is exactly the kind of girl a lot of people have been waiting for. She’s brand new to this world with that fresh, untouched vibe that so many clients look for. She’s open, willing to learn and carries herself with a natural curiosity that’s rare and refreshing. This is what I wanted, for the agency reputation to grow to the point where girls like her hear about us, feel safe to take the leap and come in ready to start something new. She’s a reminder that new faces still excite and I know she’s going to surprise more than one.

Something that has really stood out lately is how well the About Me in each profile has been received. At first it felt like a small detail, something optional but now I’m seeing just how much it matters since some of the Cuties have told me that clients actually read them, remember the little things and show up with gifts like chocolates, candies, drinks and thoughtful based on what the girls like. It’s a small gesture but it says a lot about the kind of clients CutiesTj is attracting and the connection that’s starting to form.

Another thing I noticed and feels like a win is the growing activity in the forum. More people are logging in, commenting and being present which is great to see. A while back, maybe a month or two ago I mentioned that I’d start a dynamic where those who don’t usually post but still give private feedback or reviews would be invited to share even if indirectly. These last week I have been following through on that, reached out to a few and asked for their permission to publish their comments in a more discreet way and so far the response has been solid. It’s helping build trust and giving visibility to the Cuties in a way that still feels respectful, the idea is to make everyone feel included, helps everyone from Cuties, clients and the community as a whole.

Emily in particular shared something. Besides sweet gifts and flowers some of her regulars have offered her support for her studies and she is genuinely grateful for it. That kind of gesture goes beyond a simple date, it shows respect for who she is outside of the job and she is not the only one, others have expressed the same and when they feel seen and supported they give even more of themselves to the experience, it’s the kind of dynamic I want to build.

All I can say is Cuties Tj is moving. Clear vision, strong talent and building a team that takes this seriously while still enjoying the ride. I’m excited for what’s next.

Just checking in to give y’all a little behind the scenes update on what’s been going on at CutiesTj lately. It’s been a super full week, a mix of new beginnings, changes and real talk moments. So here we go:

First up there are some gorgeous new girls on the scene: Aurora, Bianca, Dominic, Lucy, and Yessenia. All five bring their own glow and together they’ve added so much power and shine to the catalog. It’s been such a great push to level things up around here.

Yessenia is fresh from modeling school, and it shows, she has that poise, the posture, the awareness of her angles and the camera absolutely loves her. That said, she could def use some better photos to really match her level. I might help her out with that later on but for now shes gonna try to find the time to take some but her Schedule is super packed, so we will see how soon that can happens

Even better, another model in town, Nicole and she came in with a solid rec. She is also a trained model just like Yessenia and it’s clear the modeling school is really bringing some serious talent into the scene. Love seeing that kind of preparation and presence. So far, Nicole’s been great and I’m excited to see how she settles in here, she doesnt have a profile yet she was just under the radar but will have one starting today.

On the flip side, Andy is out of service for now. We’ll see how things evolve but for now she’s off the lineup.

Some of the Cuties actually reached out last week, had real convos and laid everything on the table. I shared where I stand especially when it comes to how I handle the promotion and energy behind Cuties, I want this project to be about CutiesTj and nothing else. Yeah, I get it some people still confuse me with the old site cause I used to run all the promo over and most of what was being done, but honestly that doesn’t help me now. What happened there isn’t on me, and I need the girls to understand that. That dip in momentum? Yes, and specially on them that were the ones in the middle, I had to focus on the new ladies to decrease the damage. Not my fault. But still… for the ones who show up and want to move forward, I’ll keep trying for them.

Had a big shoot for all of this. Got a new space, changed up the feel, honestly we were all tired of the same old backgrounds. This time we went for something fresh and it made a difference.This time around I had help, real help, and I gotta give a BIG shoutout to the two amazing people who came all the way to the city to support the sesión, lets call them Moisho and Alde.

Seriously, I could not have done it without them. We were short on hands, but they stepped in with full respect, good energy and total professionalism. The girls felt safe, relaxed and totally open and that means the world to me. These are the clients I love… the ones who get it. So from the bottom of my heart: thank you. You’re the best

And I can already see some of that good energy kicking in. Bast, Annie, Renata, Rutila and Agatha all sent in new material to update their profiles. The initiative is there  you can feel it  and it’s clear they want to do things right. That’s the kind of attitude I’ll always support, it’s always nice when the girls wanna evolve and show a different side of themselves. Some of their updates are still in progress since I’m being extra careful with privacy as always. Not everyone wants to be too out there and I respect that completely. Discretion is a big deal around here.

After the session, the girls suggested we all go grab food… and of course one thing led to another and we ended up out for the night. Drinks, dancing, just enjoying the moment. It’s those little things that show how much trust there is between them and that means a lot to me.

And yes… once again, Fatima is out. I know she’s always in high demand, and I get it she is amazing but her life is different. She comes and goes depending on her personal goals and this time she had to return to her hometown to handle something important. I actually helped her come back to the city to reach a personal milestone not long ago so I fully support her stepping away again to take care of what matters most to her. Just a reminder she doesn’t live here full time, so when she’s around it’s always temporary.

Now for some real talk, Mayra won’t be continuing with us for the time being. I tried, I really did. She had support, mentorship and more than one chance to stay on track but the truth is she wasn’t able to meet the agreements we made and the biggest issue was her lack of communication. Clients need clarity, I need clarity and if someone can’t be honest with their availability and timmings it just doesn’t work. This was her second opportunity and while I care about her, I can’t keep waiting. Neither can our clients. When she’s ready we can talk again but for now we keep it moving.

Also, Connie is back, she’s been given another chance, we had a talk and laid everything on the table, came to some clear agreements. She’s always been good in the room, no doubt about that, but now we’ll see how things go outside of it. Fingers crossed this time it sticks

About the forum, getting close to 1,000 members and I’m so grateful, hasn’t even been that long since we started and it’s growing faster than I imagined. It’s amazing to see how this little community keeps growing. We’ve made it this far with hard work, real effort and a lot of heart. Unfortunately not everything’s sunshine, just got a report about a guy still holding on to his grudge from over 4 years ago… yep, four. Even after being banned from the old site forum, and now trying to use this one for the wrong reasons, he hasn’t let it go and continues stirring up negativity. Honestly? Huge red flag. That kinda behavior’s exactly what we don’t want around here. Keep it classy and supportive always guys, we have a lot to prove to the ladies and the community.

On a better note, Rutila shared something sweet recently, she said she knows a lot of you are out there reading her posts, even if you’re not commenting, and instead of getting discouraged that just gave her more reason to keep posting. Love that for her and for all of us, she has a beautiful way of sharing and I hope you keep enjoying her content as much as she enjoys posting it. Now this is what Im talking about, real work that pays off, even if it’s not loud, love seeing that it’s working because it shows that what we’re building has meaning. That kind of energy is what keeps this whole thing alive.

Renata finally had their trio debut, the feedback was amazing, but Renata had a bit of an embarrassing accident. Just a little reminder to all my lovely clients: please be clean, courteous, and hygienic. The Cuties give it their all, show them some love and respect in return!

Tokio and Isabella are planning something special, working on a duo shoot to promote their fire trio combo. If all goes well, we will have new photos ready next week.

Leslie is back from vacations, looking refreshed and more focused than ever. She has been putting some serious work at the gym and taking time for herself, so she’s glowing more than ever and she never looked better.

I know, I know… Fatima’s return has been more frequent than usual, I’m not complaining and neither are you, right? This time Fatima decided to stay a bit longer to give you a chance to see her. But don’t get too comfortable! She’ll be heading back to her hometown soon, so if you been waiting or hesitating now is your shot, she’s not the kind you want to miss twice.

Devany was recently contacted and influenced and unfortunately the results were disappointing. The name, guidance, publicity work, edited photos and mentorship that was put into helping her grow just got copied and used elsewhere, something we’ve seen before. Hopefully, she finds her way and remembers where her best tools came from.

Andy made a strong entrance and has been super well received, but she already had her first tech fail. Her iPhone battery is already letting her down, classic Apple stuff. Overall I am very happy with her.

Kate is back, but she’s keeping things low key. In this line of work, discretion is sometimes a must, and she’s doing what she needs to do. She is still available, still as amazing as ever. Same with Andrea, she is definitely one of the most talented Cuties but even the most wanted girls have full lives to manage. She’s been keeping things going behind the scenes with grace and a lot discretion. Still, there’s something we’ve noticed… she really seems to enjoy her sessions more when there’s two involved, but unfortunately that has bring her some trouble managing her times since she likes to apply this to her life outside Cuties LOL.

Brand new to the Cuties team and already amazing feedback, Katya is one of those rare finds you don’t forget. She’s got that long model type body, an unforgettable vibe nd fresh energy, so don’t sleep on her. She has been well praised for her beauty and fresh start with passion.

Connie has returned too. She’s had a few tough days, but she’s powering and slowly finding her rhythm again. She’s been working steadily and showing up, which I ove to see. Now I really hope she updates her profile with better photos and more content… too beautiful to not shine in the daily publicity.

Lilith has been so committed lately. Always listening, asking questions and honestly I didn’t believe her at first when she said this was her first time in this world… but now I do, and she’s been a total sweetheart about it. And here’s the best part: she finally updated her profile to show her face! For all the curious ones out there, she’s just as beautiful as you imagined.

I want to give a special shoutout to one of our amazing clients and his awesome group of friends who invited me to watch the final live concert of Ozzy Osbourne. A legend last performance… it honestly meant a lot. Thank you for letting me be part of that. A true rock icon we’ll never see on stage again.

Today is the Pride Parade in the city! Everything is running as normal on my end, but traffic might get a little wild, so plan ahead if you’re heading out to meet someone. Much love and respect to everyone celebrating. Pride is all about being yourself, and that’s something I totally vibe with around here.

So its been kinda crazy this week, and I figured I’d drop a quick update because a lot has been going on at Cuties Tj.

Some new girls in the mix and some fan favorites who are back after a break. You’ll see names like Andrea, Katya, Alejandra, Amy, Clara, Devany, Kenna, Lilith, Lucy, Mayra, and Renata, who came back super strong. She’s always been one of the most solid girls on the team.

And yes, Fátima is back too! How long will she stick around this time? No clue. If you know her, you know she’s in and out. So if she’s here, jump on it. When she’s not, don’t even bother asking when she’ll return, she’s got a busy life and comes back when she can.

I also redesigned the whole site. It was slow. I had to rebuild every single profile to make it faster and smoother. Some of the cover pics lost a bit of quality, but overall everything runs better now and honestly, that’s way more important for everyone’s experience. You probably noticed some new photos popping up on different profiles too. Yup, I’ve been working on keeping content fresh because I know visuals matter, and keeping things updated is part of the whole experience. It’s something I put a lot of time into, day in and day out. Gotta keep it looking good for you guys, right? Also the ton of content I show in WhatsApp and Telegram helps new guys and the ones that alrady know Cuties but want to make a decision.

Angélica, our favorite Colombiana, is on a little break right now. She’s taking care of some medical stuff treatment that are gonna benefit her in the long run, and I gotta say: being able to pay for that thanks to her work is something to be proud of. Respect where it’s due. Wishing her a smooth recovery. She takes care of her body a lot, her gym body is always well praised. And that reminds me, Gotta give a shoutout to Lilith, she’s been getting a lot of love for the effort she puts into her gym routine and, honestly, her beautiful face. She’s been really well received around here, and it’s clear she’s a genuinely lovely woman. Definitely one to keep an eye on!

Many of you asked about a chisme I posted in the fórum, and that was the whole thing. Some dude managing a random outside group chat (not connected to CutiesTj) went around telling some girls that “I don’t pay enough” and tried to get them to leave. Honestly, that’s just BS.

Two girls did leave: One of them wasn’t meeting the basic standards here, and the other (who I really liked, btw) just has super limited time and needed a setup that’s less demanding. No bad vibes, but don’t fall for every message you read out there. People love to talk, but they don’t always have the full story. Sophie and Mini. They both got hit with some shady messages trying to make them leave the agency. Still around, just flying under the radar, like a few other girls who prefer to keep things low key.

Funny enough, it actually had the opposite effect, cause look around: even more girls showed up. Sometimes people talk bad thinking it’ll hurt you, but all it does is make others curious. And here we are, growing anyway. So… thanks for the free promo, I guess?

Aris, Odette and a few others straight up said no thanks when they were approached. That kind of loyalty and good heart doesn’t go unnoticed. It says a lot.

Accepting a new lady that will come from outside, she will be doing threesomes with someone that knows how to work properly, that all she asks.

So yeah, whether its new faces, comebacks or a little drama Cuties Tj keeps rolling like a traffic jam on Pride day: crazy, colorful, and impossible to ignore. Catch you on the faster side!

Some of you haven been reading the blog and I see that for 10 years it has been working, there is an option to post automatically the blog posts in the forum so I will start using it for the rest of the members.

This week, Leslie began her vacation, and I’m happy she’s getting the time she needs. She recently shared that she had personal matters to take care, which will remain private. She needed a push and I did what I could to support her, glad it helped. She’s now with her loved ones, taking care of herself and recharging. She still needs a little time, but she’s not alone. Me and the clients will be here when she’s ready, and she’ll be back on July 3rd. Proud of her for being honest about what she needed.

At the same time, Ana and Irina have shared that they’re working through their own private matters. Want to acknowledge their strength and maturity in balancing personal life while remaining professional. Both have built solid reputations, I’d be foolish not to recognize that.

They’ve been loyal, responsible, and transparent which are three rare qualities that deserve to be respected in this line of work. Not to mention, they’re both incredibly beautiful women. They have been 2 well know familiar faces in Cuties Tj.

On a less positive note, Anahi reached out asking for more visibility and support to build her client base. I responded with open doors and plenty of opportunity… unfortunately, she didn’t take advantage of it. Several appointments went unanswered through the week and all the publicity you all saw was just for nothing, which isn’t something I can prioritize going forward when other ladies are making an effort.

Davany is taking a few days off and is expected to return later this week. I hope she comes back with clarity and renewed purpose, unfortunately a Brayan is on the hunt and led her away from the path of hard work.

What is a Brayan? In the past, years back, I started talking about Brayans and they are just douchebags that live from the ladies and even mistreat them, but why they love Brayans? I don’t know, that is just another great mystery.

Zaina was given another shot but it’s clear that unless she centers herself I cannot afford to keep her in the lineup. With everything moving quickly, now is not the time to lose structure. When things aren’t organized, it affects the entire rhythm of the team and I cannot keep coaching 2 or more ladies while the dates are coming in better than ever now.

Joss has become the focus for mentorship. She’s stepped up with some clarity and something surprising has happened: by simply being transparent with clients about her availability and sometimes lack of organization more people want to meet her.

Why? Because she’s genuinely wonderful. Simple as that.

We want to clear something up about Connie, because she’s had glowing feedback regarding her service and attitude here at Cuties TJ. She’s recently been facing outside situations that some people are trying to tie to her work with CutiesTj. Let’s be clear: her work here has been exceptional and Cuties Tj owes nothing to outside opinions, Connie hasn’t failed.

Recently celebrated Father’s Day and In Mexico, single mothers are affectionately known as “luchonas” for their resilience and dedication. On Father’s Day, many luchonas celebrate both roles, acknowledging their strength and commitment. Personally, I extended my congratulations to all who embody this spirit.
