This week has been full of surprises and productive work. Unfortunately, I had to make a few tough decisions to keep the catalog strong and reliable. Paola is out for now as she hasn’t been consistent with her bookings. Similarly, Bast and Melissa have fallen behind with their commitments. From my experience, when someone starts missing obligations it’s better to pause and let them realign. That way, when they’re ready they can come back stronger and more consistent. If they show the right disposition in the future I will gladly welcome them back.
I also had a chat with Alpha to clear up a few points. Nothing bad from her perspective and nothing bad from mine but small misunderstandings can happen if left unchecked. I reminded her to pay attention to her actions and the situations during her bookings. She has been a Good and reliable Cutie but even minor details can sometimes lead to unnecessary confusion. She’s been working well that she even took a short, well deserved vacation and she’ll be back on Thursday ready for action.
On the more positive side, I have been working on new combinations to make the most of the catalog. Rutila has teamed up with Leslie and Tessa and they even took photos together and it’s been a great start. Isabella and Ana have also begun working as a duo and had a smooth first booking.
Vainilla has joined the lineup alongside Weed Girl. She will be doing threesomes with both Weed Girl and Isabella, wanted to team up with strong partners and that’s exactly how it’s going to be. Isabella has been very active this past week, and it’s been great to see her pick up again. She’s even mentoring some of the new Cuties, helping them get started.
The trio of Maddison and Alissa has also been getting great reception and high demand. It’s a combination that came together casually, but it’s working really well.
Katya and Gem have returned from their vacations. Katya is available starting today, while Gem will be back on Tuesday. This duo has also been well received, especially with the promotion of spending the whole night together.
Miranda has also returned from her vacation, happy as we all remember her, full of energy and renewed, ready for action with her usual great attitude.
You will also notice new faces like Bella and Natalia. Bella is from Venezuela, and her sensual accent is incredibly captivating. She also shows her face, and she’s stunning, a fantastic addition to the agency. I’m looking forward to seeing her first reviews.
Paulina, another Venezuelan, has resumed her journey back. As you can imagine she obviously doesn’t live in Tijuana, and she will be returning soon. No, don’t ask when. You should have booked her when you could. I simply won’t answer that question from now on.
Several Cuties have new photos, so make sure to check them out. I’ll also be adding new videos. Keeping the site fresh is always on my mind, and I want to make it consistent. Honestly, no one can say there’s a lack of material to choose from.
As you may have noticed, I made some changes to the site again. I enjoy experimenting with the layout and this time it was just for fun. I really liked how the new cover turned out.
It’s been an excelente week. CutiesTJ keeps improving and moving in the right direction doing better and better. I will keep working on maintaining a quality catalog, even when it means making difficult decisions.
