Christmas is practically just one night away, and here in Mexico the real heart of the celebration happens on December 24th and carries into the early hours of the 25th. Those two days are traditionally reserved for family, home, food and party.

Because of that, many of the girls will be a bit busy during these dates. Between last minute shopping, preparing food and getting everything ready for the night, schedules can be tighter than usual. And yes, as everyone knows, in Mexico buying things at the very last moment is almost a national sport.

For those who are not familiar with the tradition, December 24th is known as Nochebuena, or Christmas Eve. It’s the most important night of the season here. Families gather in the evening, homes are filled with food, music and good times, usually this is when the whole family get together after a long time. It’s common for relatives to come from different places just for this night and many people don’t even sleep until the early morning of the 25th. It commemorates the birth of Jesus Christ. Historically, Nochebuena comes from Christian tradition, marking the moment when Mary and Joseph welcomed Jesus into the world, a symbol of hope, humility and new beginnings.

A central symbol of Nochebuena is the “Nacimiento”, the nativity scene placed inside homes. Families set up figures of Mary, Joseph, shepherds, animals and angels days or weeks in advance, leaving the baby Jesus out until midnight. When the clock strikes twelve, the child is finally placed in the manger marking the official arrival of Christmas. It’s a meaningful moment that many families honor, often followed by prayers, hugs and celebration.

Nochebuena is about sharing, reconnecting and being present. It’s a mix of religious tradition for some, cultural tradition for others but for almost everyone it’s a moment to slow down and be with the people who matter. The 25th is usually calmer, a day to rest, eat leftovers the famous recalentado and enjoy calm.

So if replies take a little longer or availability is limited, it’s simply part of the season. Everything returns to normal shortly after, but these days are important here and they’re meant to be lived fully.

After the holidays, border wait times usually become shorter again. The Christmas shopping season creates a lot of extra movement on both sides. Many people come down to Tijuana to buy things at better prices while others cross into San Diego looking for items they can’t easily find locally. All of that adds up to heavier traffic and longer wait times at the border during these days.

Now, will the Cuties be available during this period? Yes, but availability can only be confirmed the same day. Family commitments come first and discretion plays a very important role here. These are not women who openly share their work as escorts with their families and that’s something many people don’t always understand.

On December 24th and 25th and even starting on the 23rd when preparations begin, everyone is busy with family activities. Cooking, organizing, shopping and being present are all expected. In news and updates, as you may have already seen, Katherine has joined the lineup. And also welcoming Harmony, who has recently joined as well. This week has been busy for me in several areas, but thankfully everything is moving smoothly. With a calmer and more peaceful atmosphere, I’ve been able to focus on fixing and polishing details on the website, refining things and tightening up the overall structure.

One downside of December that I’ve noticed is that border lines by car tend to be longer than usual because of holiday shopping. When I can, I always recommend crossing on foot instead. I also encourage everyone to ask for tips in the forum, since other mongers share real, practical advice there that can save time and frustration.

The forum itself has been getting more active. I’ve seen the girls interacting more, posting content, and staying involved. It’s good to see that several of them have realized that it actually works and that their effort pays off. That genuinely makes me happy. Like I always say, part of my job is to keep the forum active, and that’s something I’ll continue doing while supporting them however I can.

Some of you read my previous blog post and noticed the Naruto socks I was gifted. As I mentioned before, I’m not really an otaku, but someone took the time to send me a Saint Seiya vinyl record, and I truly appreciated it. I really enjoyed the symphonic music on it. Like it’s done all over Mexico, I put music on while cleaning the house, and that vinyl set the perfect mood.

As for updates within Cuties, Melody is back. It seems that club life wasn’t the right fit for her at this moment, so she decided to return. Her service has been very good, just like before, and the best part is that she picked up the work rhythm immediately. I can tell she feels comfortable being back.

Evelyn has also just joined the agency. I can already see that she’s turning heads and getting attention. People are asking about her, and we’ll see how she does, but her arrival has been very noticeable.

I also want to take a moment to talk about Catalina. She has a very demanding and important job as a medical doctor and works at two different hospitals. Because of that, there are times when she can’t confirm on very short notice. All I ask for is a bit of patience when it comes to her availability. I’ve been told more than once that she’s completely worth the wait, and I think that deserves recognition. She manages her role within Cuties extremely well while also handling her medical career in an impressive way. She’s a very complete woman.

Around this time of year, I know some of the girls take vacations. Irina, for example, will be back in January. With what she’s been able to save, she’ll be delivering toys in her hometown in Sonora. This is something very meaningful to her. Even though it won’t happen in Tijuana, she’ll be giving something back to the city where she grew up and that gave her so much. Like in previous years, she’ll be sharing those moments with us. Tessa is also on vacation right now. She’ll be back, but the exact dates are still uncertain, so I can’t schedule her at the moment. Annie has returned to her hometown as well and may be back around February, just like Brianna. In the meantime, Alpha will be returning on the 22nd of this month.

I’ve also added some new combinations to the profiles, so I recommend checking those out. I’m adding new lesbian show combinations as well. That change has surprised me in a good way. Ana, for example, wasn’t very open to doing trios at first, and now she’s even doing lesbian shows. The shift in attitude has been noticeable and the overall energy feels different.

There are still more girls in line to potentially join, but for now some of them are on hold. Some don’t communicate properly, and others don’t meet the minimum photo requirements. I’m not asking for much, but I can’t work with just one or two photos, especially if they’re only taken from the back. I don’t require professional studio photos at all. Simple selfies from different angles are more than enough. Until those basics are met, they’ll remain on standby.

At this point, things are finally moving in a more stable direction, which is exactly what I wanted. The rhythm and the way we work have settled in, expectations are clearer, and the structure feels solid.

What this process keeps reminding me is that none of this works without the people involved. The hard work doesn’t come only from my side, but also from the girls who stay consistent, take their role seriously, and put real effort into what they do, and from the clients who are patient, respectful, and understand the value of doing things the right way. When everyone contributes, even in small ways, the entire system works better. That shared effort is what allows Cuties to keep growing steadily and move forward with clarity and purpose.

These past days have been intense. Busy, heavy at moments and full of situations that reminded me how important it is to stay focused on what truly matters. There are things that are better left behind, especially when the goal is to keep growing and maintain a healthy and stable environment for everyone involved.

We recently had our Posada dinner, a Christmas tradition in Mexico where people gather to share food, enjoy each others company, and simply slow down for a moment. It was a warm and meaningful evening that helped all of us reconnect. The girls organized most of the event themselves, including a surprise gift exchange. Even though I did not participated in the exchange because I had to help organize that part, they included me with thoughtful gifts that I appreciated very much, they treated me very kindly. They gifted me pajamas, chocolates and a pair of Naruto socks. And no, I am not an otaku, but the socks were great. From my side, I wanted to surprise them offering them that dinner at the place they chose as a small thank you for everything they have done for the agency and for their strong performance. We enjoyed some drinks, shared a good time, and they even tried their luck at a claw machine. A Pikachu plush became our new Cuties mascot.

Now, the stressful part. As I mentioned in the forum, there was a situation where one of the girls was manipulated into leaving the agency. This was done with the intention of keeping her exclusive elsewhere, and the method used crossed a line. Her peace of mind was affected just to provoke her and make her react. That was the moment I decided to close that chapter for good. That was something I could not ignore. I prefer to handle things properly with clarity and being direct and brutally honest but with respect, never by pressuring or confusing anyone. That moment made me decide to close everything related to the past once and for all. Old issues such as the stolen name, abandoned advertising, and work  of 10 years I did left behind no longer matter, because  I always say that only hard work gives good results, real results only come from real effort. I stayed patient for many months despite these problems, but this last incident showed me it was time to take the right steps. I did not want to influence anyone or ask for exclusivity through manipulation. Instead, I spoke to the girls directly, thanked them for everything and told them it was time to choose freely. Their decisions had to come from their own judgment. They took the time to think and informed me of their choices. I appreciate their trust, and now it is time to continue building a healthier environment, take our work more seriously, and move this project to the next level.

Now that this situation has finally been resolved, I can already see the girls becoming more organized and genuinely interested in offering something extra to the clients. They have been discussing ideas for deals, small promotions and ways to add more value, and I am more than willing to help them shape those ideas properly. Isabella had implemented something similar in the past, and it worked beautifully as a reference point. Seeing them take the initiative like this shows me they are beginning to take the job more seriously and are ready to elevate everything we are building here.

Clients have also noticed the consistency in the work, something that reflects the energy the girls have put in lately. Many of them even decided on their own to take Christmas photographs for the site. I usually avoid seasonal photos because they become outdated quickly, but they wanted to do it anyway and I respected that initiative.

We also have new faces at Cuties. Lulu and Katherine have joined us after previously asking for information and keeping things pending for some time. Now it seems they decided to take the step. Katherine has a formal job with limited hours, so we will adjust her schedule accordingly. This gives me the chance to manage their promotion properly from the start.

Catalina has also been a remarkable discovery. She already has excellent feedback and continues to surprise clients with her personality and professionalism.

And just a quick reminder, some of the Cuties are taking short breaks or heading back to their hometowns for the holidays. Annie and Brianna will be away for a bit, and Irina will also be taking a full month off starting next week. These are her last days before her vacation, so this is the moment to catch her while you can.

You may have noticed the website now shows a Christmas theme. I enjoy keeping the page dynamic and visually refreshed. Last time the theme was Halloween, and now it felt right to change it again for the season.

All these changes, challenges, and new beginnings remind me of something important. Growth is not only about adding more people or improving numbers. It is about creating an environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and able to give their best. As long as we stay committed to that, the agency will continue moving toward something better, step by step, with purpose and integrity.

It was a week full of commitments and I had to leave only the necessary amount of time to keep the agency running, but even then I stayed focused on polishing the lineup as much as possible. Today I am making the final adjustments.

First of all, Bella seems to have her own particular ways of working. It is not a bad thing, and I want that stigma to disappear once and for all, which is why I keep repeating that each girl having her own way of working is something I fully respect. It simply may not be the style that fits this agency.

Daniela will be out of the city, so if she decides to return in the future the doors will be open for her. She is a girl who works well and knows her job, there is not much more to say about that, although she could have had more visibility. She always had good feedback, which is why I will start considering taking private comments again. I had stopped doing that because participation in the forum increased, but as you can see moments like this remind me of the areas where I can improve. It is something I am thankful for, thanks to each one of the Cuties.

On the bright side, Catalina’s arrival has brought a good feeling. She already had her first dates and even received a few comments that she has read carefully and taken with the best attitude to improve and keep in mind for her future dates. She understood immediately how the dynamic works, which is exactly what I have been looking for for years. The dynamic is finally where it needs to be.

Speaking of the forum, Emily announced her graduation this week, and I loved reading that because it means this job has helped her and that she has been listening to the advice about how to use her money. Whether it is for anything she truly needs or anything that genuinely benefits her, the important part is that it is not only about parties and appearances. Growth is what matters the most. Emily has done something good with her earnings by investing in her education, and now she is even thinking about repeating the formula with a master’s degree. I hope more of them follow that path.

Remember that Annie will soon be heading back to her hometown. She will be here until mid December and unfortunately Alana is also returning to her city. All of this will open new spaces for more Cuties to join. They are not leaving empty spots behind because they contributed and left their work here and they will always be welcome when they return. For now they leave the opportunity for someone else and new girls have been arriving, but honestly, as I have already said, this is not about having more numbers or pretending to have them. It is about having people who are in the same idea and committed.

Shantal and Tessa will have new photos soon, and I will post them later today so everyone can enjoy them.

The Cuties have finished organizing their Posada reunion and their gift exchange is already set as well. I helped them arrange who will give a gift to whom and who will receive from whom so everything stays a surprise. We will see what surprises they have prepared for each other.

 And while some wanted to join, the truth is that I still cannot have everyone together at once. There always has to be a bit more consideration when inviting new people because in previous years mixing too many girls without thinking it through led to disasters, and that is something that will not happen again. I made that very clear because for some it is easy to ask for more people to join, but discretion needs to be taken seriously. Now that I had the chance to explain this change, they understood what I meant and this even allowed girls who never really integrated before, like Ana, to become part of a group where they can connect and keep working as a team later on now that they feel safer.

This is a great opportunity to integrate them even more because it is the first reunion they have organized entirely on their own initiative. I will try to encourage them to open up a little more and hopefully we will get a good speech out of it.

Isabella has been a bit sad because she recently lost her dog. It is something many of the Cuties understand very well, because pets are not just pets, they are part of the family. It is completely understandable that she feels this way, yet her resilience has been remarkable. She has not stopped working and she keeps showing up with the right attitude, because even through the loss she knows that life still continues for her.

Vainilla will be returning on Thursday, and remember that she will be doing threesomes with Isabella. It is not about numbers or appearances, it is about creating an environment where they can evolve, support one another and build something for themselves. If this week proved anything, it is that growth happens everywhere, even here, in an agency where with so little time but with the right people we have achieved things that once felt impossible. And the best part is that the work is finally in the place it should be, benefiting the people it is meant to benefit. As long as we keep moving with purpose, the dynamic will always stay right where it needs to be.

This week was full of intensity, but that kind of pressure always brings a period of calm and stability afterward, and honestly that is exactly what I felt we were missing before. After spending so much time laying down the foundations of the agency with clear values and a real sense of direction, it was finally the moment to start polishing the website and after that, then tightening the final alignments for how I want this agency to work. Now it is about making sure everyone keeps following the example I set from the beginning. I do not want anyone forgetting the values and the shifts we made when we first started under a different name and I explained them how we will be working. That was the whole point of this week, bringing everything back into focus, making sure the work reflects the principles I built with the Cuties that came to work with me and keeping the agency steady, respectful and moving forward with the same energy I promised from day one.

I will start with what happened this week regarding who will not be here for now. Anahi will not be around because, as I have said before and always, the job requires much more than what happens inside the room. She is very good, but the energy and reactions are not what I am looking for right now. I do not want tantrums or excuses and the agency does not need that, especially when I already have many Cuties who give their best and want to move forward. Tokio is also out for now, again influenced into leaving the agency. Will see what happens in the future, but at the end of the day it is her decision.

They will always be welcome here, and sometimes taking a break is necessary. Meanwhile, we keep taking everything to another level with the Cuties who are active and giving their best right now.

Now, the most important point of this week, and something that affected some of the Cuties in a serious way. I want to talk about it here because they also asked me to make something clear to the clients. A line was crossed, one that mixes something I never want mixed, especially when I am the one who organizes their work together. The story going around is that Polly was hacked, and during that hack someone scammed a few people. Among those affected, with their full consent to mention it and because they want transparency, are Irina and Isabella. They were scammed while trying to help without asking questions, something that speaks to the values I promote in this agency and value. That kind of willingness to help is something I appreciate and that is exactly why what happened needs clear answers. Someone took advantage of their kindness.

They also want to make clear the kind of people they are. They have always worked with respect and responsibility and they have followed the values I established in Cuties since the beginning. Honesty, effort, hard work and helping each other are the core principles I repeat here, both in the blog and in the forum. This situation left them with doubts about what really happened. They are not fully convinced by the version that was given and it is necessary to clarify it. Why? Because it is necessary for everyone. I have said this before. My job is to help the Cuties in their work and to maintain and protect an environment that works for both the clients and for them. They shared their conclusions with me and they still need explanations that have not been provided.

For that reason and because Cuties is built on a more integral approach, not only on what happens inside a room, and because I have to take care of both the girls and the clients, I decided that Polly will not be here for now until everything is clarified. And that is the kind of agency I run. It is not about someone being very good or having a strong reputation. The work and the values always need to persist. That is the only way this agency stays true to what it is meant to be.

They wanted this to be addressed openly because they do not want confusion, assumptions or rumors. Everything needs to stay clean, respectful and straightforward. The agency will always work that way because that is the only way to keep trust and stability for everyone involved. I still trust that everything can be back the way it was before and everything can be clarified.

Now for the best part of the week. I also have new members joining Cuties TJ. Victoria has joined us and she arrived at the perfect moment. She comes in to fill the space that was left open and even though the number of Cuties is already ideal and I have exactly who I need, new energy is always welcome. Fresh blood brings movement and keeps everything dynamic.

Asia has also joined, and she already received her first review which shows she is starting off well. She is adapting quickly and making a strong first impression.

And I also want to welcome Dra Kathy. Yes, she chose that name herself and yes, she truly is a doctor. She is finishing her final medical practices and is joining Cuties. I want everyone to remember that her medical work will always come first, as it should. That responsibility is something I respect and admire, and she will do her best to balance both roles. That kind of dedication is something I value deeply.

Something important I also worked on this week is adding many of the videos that were missing. Go take a look at them.

And remember that the material in the forum has also been growing. Some of the Cuties have started posting their own content themselves because I want their publicity to stay within Cuties and for it to be clear that this is where their work belongs, especially for those who still do not save me under another name. I also want them to understand that it is not about posting one or two pictures and expecting everything to magically happen. This will help them see the effort behind all of it.

As many of you already know, in the forum Irina has announced the holiday toy drive and we already received the first donations. This is something we will be doing for Christmas and also for April 30th, two dates where we will be giving toys to children and thanks to all of you this can hopefully become a tradition. I want this to keep growing and for that reason you can donate toys of any kind, even the simplest and cheapest ones so that you can contribute many if you want to. You can give them directly to Irina during a booking or to other Cuties like Ana, Leslie, Isabella, Miranda, Shantal or Rutila, who will pass them to Irina. You can also donate money but I prefer that you buy the toys yourselves so everything stays clear and without misunderstandings. Even so, the first cash donation has already arrived and they posted it on the forum. I want to give a special thanks to everyone who has already contributed.

To close this week, I want to reflect on something important. An agency is not defined by how many people come and go, the name or who gives a good suckie fuckie. It is defined by the values that stay, the people who choose to grow and the environment we build together. Cuties TJ is meant to move forward with honesty, effort, teamwork and respect on all sides. That is the only way this place continues to be different, stable and worth being part of, both for the girls and for the clients who trust in us.

This week was a bit heavier than what I’ve been used to these past few months. Between the process of polishing the site and booking dates I’ve had my hands full. But honestly, every hour has been worth it. The details matter and every small improvement adds up.

After spending some time testing how the profiles performed and confirming they weren’t slowing down like they did last time then it was finally time to refine everything. So I sat down and updated every single profile in one day. And that’s when it really hit me that Cuties has grown a lot. What used to take a short session now took several hours. But that growth is something I’m proud of.

I organized the pricing, the services, the specials and the different types of dates each Cutie offers. I also updated the trios and properly classified them between soft interaction and full lesbian show along with the combinations in each profile, I still have to update the threesome section. Some girls were missing small details that help clients get to know them better, others needed service or price updates. So I took care of all of that on the spot and now we have profiles that feel much cleaner, more complete and better structured.

One important thing is that I still haven’t uploaded the videos. I know, I know, that part is huge. But be patient with me. They say the best things come last.

I added a new subforum on the site. I will use it to write about Cuties and the way I run things. I want to explain why I make certain decisions and talk about things people never say. These are topics I have talked about since the previous site. I think they matter. This industry has a reality behind it and I am tired of people pretending this industry is simple, it is not and I also want to show it to the Cuties. The girls are not objects. They have lives and limits and personalities, they have stories and value. No one talks about the real side of this, so I will, those conversations deserve a place.

I am also pushing the girls to join the forum. First for visibility, then for real participation. The forum is for them. It is a space where they can speak, not just pose for photos and vanish. Before they had no voice. Now they do. They can see the tone is serious. They can see the environment is respectful. And they can see that working in this more organized way brings actual results. And I am loving those results.

Speaking of the Cuties, while updating the profiles I realized just how much the agency has grown. It’s something I’m really happy about and it’s amazing to see but it also means things can get out of control if I’m not paying close attention. With so many girls to look after, I took the chance to have a few conversations with them while reworking their profiles, just to see where we were standing and how things were going.

And looking back, the truth is simple, no matter how beautiful a girl is, if she’s not taking the work seriously then it’s not worth giving her a spot she’s not respecting or taking advantage of. So I let Azamy go for now. She hasn’t approached this with the seriousness it requires and it’s better for her to take some time. If she wants to come back, it should be with better energy and a real commitment not just going through the motions.

At the same time, I advised Dania to take a break. Her schedule isn’t flexible at the moment, which is completely understandable since we all have lives to manage. And since she doesn’t rely on this to live but rather as something extra, her priority should be her personal life. It’s the healthiest choice for her right now.

And as you may have noticed, Paulina is back. She will be here for a short time, you know how she is, she comes and goes. So if you want to see her, book her sooner rather than later. She’s always in high demand, I know. But don’t come later with the classic, “I don’t see her anymore,” “When is she coming back?” “Is she going to be back?” “What happened?”

None of that. Just book or don’t be crybabies.

Annie will be here for about a month, more or less, before she goes back to her hometown. So take advantage while you can. She might even leave earlier, you never know.

On some good news, new faces have been joining Cuties, like Gitana, Alana, Daleyza. They came to Cuties after hearing from clients, from other girls, or even better, following their own research, like Alana, who chose Cuties as the place to start her journey. That means a lot to me, and I genuinely appreciate the trust.

There are more girls waiting to join. This new phase with a fresh agency has been the best one because I’ve reached the point where the girls themselves find Cuties while searching for options or come recommended, in less time than ever before. It feels rewarding. Three more girls are in line and will join once they meet the requirements. They are simple requirements because I make things easy for them. The least they can do is follow the basics to show they are willing. I am not looking for numbers anymore. I am looking for girls who want to grow and who value doing things right. That is what brings more dates. A pretty face or a nice body does not guarantee anything without work.

I’m valuing effort more than ever now and not the size of the catalog, even though the catalog is still strong, the real work behind it must be stronger. This is something she wants to try on her own as an experiment, just to see if it gives her an advantage. I like that she’s bringing in her own ideas and suggestions. It’s good when a Cutie takes initiative and thinks about what the clients might appreciate.

This week I’m finally feeling more relaxed after several months of pushing hard to bring the agency to a steady place, a point where the direction, the improvements and what makes Cuties different are all starting to show clearly. Things are settling down now and that feels good. I still deal with a few clients who haven’t saved my number under the new name yet, but they’ll get there. Everything falls into rhythm eventually. Big thanks to all the new clients for the trust and to everyone who came back, it really means a lot.

We had a nice dinner this week and tried out a steak buffet. It turned out great, definitely better than the last one we went to, though I still think there are better options out there. The girls had a great time together, shared stories, laughed a lot and got to know each other better. Some of them met for the first time even though I had already mentioned they would be working together. Naturally, the conversation turned to Cuties and everything around it.

There were laughs and good talks with Isabella, Miranda, Irina, Leslie, Rutila, Shantal, Ana, and even a friend from outside dropped by to say hi. And, in a funny coincidence, Agatha had an overnight date that same evening right across the street from where we were dining, and they ended up joining us later. It turned into a fun and relaxed night. I even got a few gifts, which made Agatha ask if it was my birthday, but it wasn’t. It was just a good night.

What I really loved was seeing how well everyone got along. They even started planning a Christmas party, a posada, and they are already organizing it, planning a gift exchange, and setting everything up. I see that as a great sign of progress. In previous years there wasn’t much connection between the girls, even those who worked together. Now they are sharing not only work but also ideas, experiences, laughter, motivation and the initiative to create more team activities. They are taking the lead themselves, which I think is an incredible sign of growth. It is something that wasn’t possible before without proper direction and it feels really good to see it happening.

Now for a few updates on the catalog, starting with the most stressful one: Padme is out. Honestly, it doesn’t matter how good someone is in the room or how beautiful she looks; if she is problematic, I am not interested. That is something she has been carrying since the last time we worked together, constant arguments with other girls, gossip unrelated to the agency, and no sign of growth at all. That is not the kind of environment I want.

This time, just because Joss was here, she started another pointless drama. It made no sense and wasn’t necessary, just irritating. I had to be clear with her. First, she needs to start maturing if she wants to bring up any topic in a serious, adult way, not in a childish, vague, and baseless manner. Second, when she learns to behave accordingly, she will be welcome to come back. She didn’t take it well, but it was important to be direct. Of course, she saw it as a personal attack, which was expected. But let’s be honest, this whole drama was over a dress that, according to her, she lent to Joss. What does that have to do with Cuties? Absolutely nothing. Yet she let that affect her work and made a scene about it, and that says everything. There was no real reason behind it.

Because of that situation, I also decided to remove Joss for now. It is unfortunate when external conflicts reach this space, but I am not keeping that energy around. For the moment, I just wish Padme good luck.

Some of you may have noticed that Nadia came back recently, which was unexpected. She had started a relationship, and while I wished her the best, things didn’t go well. She had to return, and I was willing to help her out. Fortunately, her family stepped in and began supporting her, which is much better for her long term. I hope she now has a stronger support system around her. For now, she won’t need to come back, and that is a good thing.

You may also notice that Weed Girl is no longer listed. It was a matter of time since she only came for a short period. I had already talked to her about her rate and her CBJ, and she handled it the right way. She gave it a try and took things professionally, which I respect. Everything is good with her, and I wish her all the best moving forward.

Rebecca is also back. I had a serious talk with her because she was getting too comfortable with the flexibility I offer, which is something I allow for everyone’s comfort. But she forgot that I am also strict when it comes to keeping things organized. I had to freeze her for a while, and when she came back, she understood the difference. She tried to look for the same setup elsewhere, but she later admitted that Cuties is different, and honestly, that made me happy. Still, I reminded her that work is work, and it deserves respect if it is what is helping her move forward in life. After that talk, she is back on track, and I am confident she will do even better this time.

Sasha also returned, and I spoke with her too. So far, she has been open to everything we discussed, and hopefully that will show in her dates and progress.

Katya is back from vacation and ready to start taking bookings again and get her rhythm back. Her threesomes with Gem are no longer available, but now she will be working with Maddison, Tessa, Ana, and Leslie. I will be updating the price list with names, the Telegram button, and most importantly, the threesome list. I will also add new videos since some profiles really need a refresh. In Mexico, around the last days of October to the beginning of November, you’ve probably seen all those bright orange flowers, sugar skulls, candles and photos everywhere. That’s Día de Muertos or Day of the Dead, one of the most beautiful and meaningful traditions we have here.

A lot of people outside Mexico think it’s like Halloween but it’s not. It’s not about fear or spooky things. It’s about love, memory and celebrating life, even after death. The idea goes way back to ancient Aztec times when people believed that death wasn’t the end, just another step in the journey. So once a year, families welcome back the souls of their loved ones to visit the world of the living.

And that’s where the altar comes in with the famous “ofrenda.” You’ll see these altars everywhere: in homes, restaurants, schools and even offices or any work area. Each one is unique, but they all share the same purpose which is to honor the people we’ve lost and to make them feel welcome.

They’re filled with photos of those who passed away, along with things they loved when they were alive like food, drinks, cigarettes or tequila. Candles light the way for their spirits to find their path home, water is placed for their thirst after the long journey and marigold flowers, the bright orange ones called cempasúchil are believed to guide them with their color and scent.

Día de Muertos actually lasts two days. November 1st is known as Día de los Angelitos which is the day to remember children and those who passed away young. November 2nd is the main Día de Muertos, when families honor all the adults who have passed. It’s a time to visit cemeteries, light candles, play music and share food turning grief into celebration.

And recently, this beautiful tradition has grown even more. Now many people also make altars for their pets, their dogs, cats or any animal that once shared their home and heart. October 27th has become the day to remember them, to thank them for their loyalty, their love and all those little moments that made life better.

You’ll see small altars with collars, toys, treats and photos, it’s one of the most touching things you’ll ever see because they are family too.

And while for most people this time is about family and remembrance, there’s also another figure that holds deep meaning for many Mexicans, La Santa Muerte. She’s a sacred image, a personification of death that many see not as something to fear, but as a protector and a spiritual guide. People pray to her for safety, love, health or even justice and her devotees treat her with enormous respect and devotion.

Her altars are filled with candles, roses, fruits, tequila, cigarettes and even money offerings. On her day people gather to pray, light candles and thank her for the blessings they believe she’s brought into their lives. It’s quiet, sincere and full of faith.

Some of the Cuties also have this personal connection to Santa Muerte. For them, she’s not something dark or mysterious, she’s a symbol of strength, protection, and gratitude. So, during these days, they include her in their altars too as part of the celebration and as a reminder of how death and life coexist in balance.

It’s a mix of Prehispanic beliefs and Catholic traditions that turned into something deeply Mexican, a day that’s not sad but full of warmth, colors and memories to celebrate those who passed away and welcome them back to the world of the living.

I personally love this tradition, but unlike Halloween, this isn’t about parties or costumes, it’s something much more personal and intimate. It’s about reflection, love and memory. So I can’t really show what the girls do for this day of the year it’s something private, meaningful and personal for each of them.

Still, I really enjoy writing about it in the blog, just like in previous years. It’s a way to share a bit of our Mexican culture with all of you the people who follow the agency, visit us and connect with us from all over the world.

Halloween always brings a totally different kind of energy,  playful, loud and full of color.

And while I can’t really show much of what the girls do during Día de Muertos, Halloween is another story. This year I did get to share some of what our Cuties were up to and honestly they looked amazing. You can see their photos in the forum using those sexy costumes.

Many of them fully embraced the Halloween vibe, wearing those sexy costumes and makeup looks that turn heads wherever they go. Some went for cute and creative outfits, others leaned into the fantasy side angels, devils, nurses, cats, superheroes, you name it. A few even took to the streets just for fun, trick or treating or snapping photos with friends.

And of course, others chose to celebrate the night in true Cuties TJ style,  heading out to costume parties and enjoying the nightlife which always lights up even more around this time of year.

It’s funny how Halloween has changed over time. It used to be about scary masks, fake blood, and monsters, but now? It’s about confidence, fun and expression. The new trend isn’t about who can look the scariest but who can look the sexiest. And honestly, I’m not complaining.

So Halloween isn’t just a costume night, it’s a celebration of personality.

Now talking about the Cuties, as some of you probably remember from our last blog post, Isabella had been thinking about changing her look and let me tell you, once she made the decision, things moved fast. Well… the decision part did but the process itself took an entire day.

Her plan worked out beautifully. Isabella is now blonde with a new haircut that gives her a totally fresh vibe. I’ll be posting her photos on the forum and will post a video on WhatsApp soon so you can all see the transformation for yourselves.

Right now, her hair already has the first and most important stage done, but there’s still one final touch up coming this week. I’ll share the update once it’s finished but honestly, even now she already looks gorgeous.

What I really admire is how she took this change seriously not just for looks, but as part of her work. Isabella sees herself as a responsible, active woman, always evolving and staying creative. This change isn’t just about color; it’s about attitude and bringing something new to the table for the clients.

And speaking of Isabella, she also had a moment this week. She reached out to Emily to give her a few words of support. Emily’s been doing well, consistent, responsible and contributing positively, but lately her updates have drawn some comments from other girls that… let’s just say, weren’t exactly the kind of reactions I’d expect.

Isabella noticed that and said straight up that those things shouldn’t be happening. It was a small but meaningful gesture and it shows the kind of teamwork and empathy I love to see around here. Everyone’s different with their own styles and ways of expressing themselves, but mutual respect is what keeps everything balanced and healthy.

So, kudos to both Isabella for her stunning new look and her supportive spirit and to Emily for staying consistent and professional through it all.

That’s what Cuties TJ is all about: beauty, confidence, and respect on every level.

On a slightly less cheerful note, Leslie decided to take a few days off and she did it pretty abruptly which honestly had me a little worried. But I get it, she needed a mental and physical break, time to disconnect and recharge. I told her next time it would be better to let us know so we don’t stress out or think something bad happen. Irina and Isabella also checked in, making sure she was okay and honestly, I’m proud to see that level of commitment and care among the girls.

Honestly, moments like this reminded me, and the girls themselves reminded me too, why this agency keeps getting better and better since we restarted here. Here, we actually used our resources to help each other and that’s something that really changed in this agency. Seeing the support, care and responsibility the girls show confirmed it for me. It’s not just about work it’s about building something strong, professional and human at the same time.

And that’s exactly why I also need to stay focused on maintaining stability within the agency. I need that same level of commitment from everyone, so recently I had to make a tough decision with Fatima. In the first place, I’m not willing to give away the exposure she had with her name, her promotion, everything started here with me. Unfortunately, she decided to take it elsewhere a few months ago and just not into doing work for her that goes elsewhere anymore. She did offer to stay exclusive with Cuties TJ when I told her about taking her off but by then it was too late. It’s not about numbers or adding more girls to the catalog right now, as I’ve said before, I’m not planning to grow the roster at this point. Instead, my focus is on making everyone who’s already here stronger, giving them the recognition, they deserve. The number of Cuties I have now is incredible and they all deserve to shine for their hard work and commitment.

Exactly why I also let Rebecca on ice for now. Don’t get me wrong, she’s beautiful and has gotten some really good feedback, just like all the girls here. But every now and then, she started to lose touch with reality a bit and act like she was entitled to certain privileges.

The truth is, this isn’t how things work at Cuties TJ. Everyone has to earn their place, contribute and stay on the ground. So for now, I’m letting her focus on her priorities. Once she’s ready, we will have a conversation and see how she wants to move forward.

And speaking of keeping things balanced and fair, I’m happy to share some positive news as well.

As you may have noticed, Joss is back and so is Paola. I made sure to talk to both of them beforehand so they could understand the direction I’m taking and what’s expected here at Cuties TJ. So far, everything’s going well they’ve already had their first appointments but it’s not the time to relax. Right now, it’s all about getting active and staying sharp.

I’m also in talks with another Cutie who wants to come back. I’ve been explaining how things have changed, how I work now, and what the expectations are. Everything is fine so far, I’m just waiting on her photos so she can appear on the page. I reminded her that I’m not adding more girls at the moment; my focus is on improving what we already have. But she will always have a place here if she’s ready and willing to commit.

On a lighter note, Miranda has been thinking about updating her photos. She really loves posing for them and she has a lot of natural talent for it. On top of that, she’s been staying in shape and focusing on balancing her diet and routine.

One thing I find really interesting is that she’s also started learning and experimenting with new recipes since cooking is one of her passions. Of course, it’s something many men appreciate, but beyond that, it’s just a reflection of who she is. Miranda has a bunch of qualities that are attractive and unique, and she likes to show them off in her own way. I’ll be sharing more updates on this soon, because I think it’s nice to give everyone a glimpse of the woman behind the escort, not just what you see in the room and will be doing that more often in the blog and forum

For now, she’s also started a collection of perfumes as a little hobby. It’s small, personal, and elegant just like her. I think it’s these details that make each of the Cuties unique and I love being able to share that side of them.

With this idea, inspired by Miranda’s approach of sharing more personal aspects of the Cuties, I’ll be talking more about this in future blogs. I think it’s a great way for everyone to get to know the women behind the profiles, their passions, hobbies and little things that make them unique.

Looking back at everything I’ve shared from Day of the Dead and its deep meaning, to Halloween, to the updates, changes and growth of the girls themselves I can’t help but feel that Cuties TJ isn’t just about work; it’s about celebration, support and growth, and that’s what I love sharing with all of you.

The main event this week has been solidifying the Cuties TJ team. Once again, I had some important conversations with the girls to help them better understand the current dynamic and the changes that need to happen. It’s part of the growth process, making sure everyone is aligned and clear about where we’re heading.

I’ve been focusing less on adding more girls and more on raising the level of the amazing ladies already here. The number of Cuties I have is already impressive, so now it’s about helping each one see the value and responsibility behind what they do. When everyone moves with the same purpose and awareness everything just flows, the vibe, the experience and the results.

This helps the next stage which was forming new duos for threesomes and then foursomes, when two or more girls work together, it’s not just about looks or timing. When one person is out of tune, it can throw off the entire experience. So, I’m really happy to see how well they’ve been responding to feedback and learning to stay in harmony with each other, So, the structure is in place, the direction is clear and the visual identity of the agency is strong. Now it’s about reinforcing each Cutie building confidence, awareness and that shared sense of pride in what they do.

Still, I’ve continued bringing in new talent when the right person comes along. For example, Giselle just joined Cuties, totally new to this world, open minded and eager to explore. That kind of energy really reminds me why I do what I do. She’s not the first one to trust Cuties TJ as the place to start her journey, and that says a lot about what we are building here.

I’ll be keeping a close eye on her progress guiding her, helping her grow and seeing how she adapts. Bringing in someone completely new is always exciting but also challenging. It’s not just about asking the girls if they know a friend for me it’s been  about having enough reach and reputation that people hear about Cuties and recognize that this is a safe, professional place to start when they’re curious or looking for new opportunities in their life.

Alongside that, I’ve also been working closely with Rutila, Ana, Leslie and Irina, Cuties who felt they didn’t have the visibility they deserved. They asked me for more exposure, and I had to give them that option while also explaining, once again, the reasons why things need to be handled this way from now on.

At this stage, their promotion can’t depend entirely on me anymore. There are still people who don’t save my contact under Cuties TJ and end up confusing me with the previous site and that only hurts the girls, because their publicity ends up somewhere that has nothing to do with Cuties and I have to stop doing it, I work for the Cuties and for this project, it’s just not fair for me to keep doing everything while the credit doesn’t go where it truly belongs.

That’s exactly why I introduced the forum, a tool designed for them to take a more active role in their own promotion. It’s important that they start using it to keep their profiles and updates focused here in the Cuties TJ platform. Everything we do needs to stay aligned and centered around this brand.

I’ll be teaching them how to use the forum, how to post, update and manage whatever they need and I’ll personally make sure the forum keeps growing. I truly hope they take an active part in it. Rutila has already understood this and now it’s time for everyone else to show the same initiative. It will also be beneficial for our members to have more direct interaction and fresh content coming straight from the girls themselves.

Some of them told me it’s not their fault, and I get that but they also have to understand that it’s not mine either. Now, both sides have to work together and move forward, learning from the disorganization we had before. That’s how we grow. So yes, they need to understand that their publicity has to stay and live within Cuties TJ, and the forum will now be a key part of that process. Yes, double the work but it will be necessary.

That said, the girls also have new photos for their profiles, and we’ve finally put together some new duo combinations, like Irina and Rutila. Their new pictures aren’t up yet, I didn’t have time this weekend because of the high demand for appointments and honestly, I took Sunday to rest a bit.

Leslie couldn’t make it to the photoshoot this time because she had a terrible headache, but hopefully she’ll have her new pictures soon as well. I know she’s looking forward to updating her profile once she feels better.

Speaking of the forum, we already reached 100,000 views in a short time. It’s incredible, and I’m really grateful to everyone, we’ve built a strong number of views and members in such a short period. We’ll continue growing and I’ll be adding a section for specific topics of interest in addition to the blog. It will be great to say things that weren’t talked about before along with other interesting topics for everyone to enjoy.

I’ve also been working a bit with Maddison. She’s received some attention, but initially, she needed to improve her communication to really start taking off. Over the past few days, I’ve seen significant improvement. She’s talented but she needed a bit of guidance to get moving the way she should have from the beginning. I have to recognize that she’s taken the feedback well, which is always great to see. From here on out, all she needs to do is maintain her level, because she’s beautiful and has started performing better both inside and outside the room.

I’d also like to recognize Connie’s evolution. She’s always been great in the room, but now she’s made a real change by integrating everything necessary for this work and has improved significantly. She’s been a great Cutie and I hope she continues like this, showing her full potential.

Another Cutie that was left behind was Lilith, so I had to talk to her about what to do to make her more visible, she has been good so she also deserves to be recognized. Already started and I will be asking her fort her material, she has some important personal moves to do so I will be patient with her, but she is very active right now to attend to her dates. Same case with Daniela who has received stellar feedback and has been an amazing revelation. She just needs better photos, there’s nothing to say about her performance because she’s been excellent. She’s been a truly valuable member of the team.

Emily has been very busy with her university studies, remember that becoming a dentist isn’t something simple, it requires a lot of focus, precision and talent. She’s been putting in a tremendous effort. Even so, she takes the time needed to attend her appointments and has been very happy because people show their support in small ways like giving her chocolates or asking about her school. Those gestures motivate her and make her feel that her hard work is being appreciated in some way.

Isabella has been thinking about changing her look from red hair to blonde and trying a different haircut. She’s been considering this carefully and is noticing that her work is receiving more recognition, which is exactly what I wanted from the start: for the right elements to have their moment to shine. She’s been overcoming her setbacks thanks to her dedication and because the members responded positively after her accident, something she truly appreciates.

There are so many Cuties and many of them have been putting in effort  like Rebecca, Odette, Mia, Anahi, and Kilye and they’ve been showing great results individually. Hopefully, they’ll soon decide to try trios, because that could be a fun and exciting way for them to offer something new.

Speaking of combinations, unfortunately I haven’t had time to update them properly so I’ll have to do it bit by bit through the week to get everything done. Wish me luck! There have been many new combinations which is amazing and it’s important that everyone knows about them now.

The week was intense and productive. From new talent to evolving Cuties, from the forum reaching incredible milestones to improving teamwork and communication, this week has shown that with focus, guidance, and collaboration we can continue building something exceptional. This past week has been intense in the best way. I’ve been focused on launching new threesome combinations I been planning for a while now. I care deeply about this project and I’m here to build something real with people who respect the work and understand the value of reliability. That’s why I’ve been working more closely with names like Rutila, Leslie, Ana, Irina and Isabella, women who have been here during this new stage. I want to make it clear that part of my job is making sure people know how important they’ve been to this agency. They represent what Cuties stands for: consistency, loyalty, dedication and a genuine effort to grow. They have everything I believe a true star should have and not just beauty, which they all clearly have, but the kind of presence and work ethic that lasts. I don’t want just a few stars shining here while others get ignored. I want Cuties to be seen as an agency full of stars with women with beauty in every sense of the word.

As for Mayra, she’s no longer part of the agency either. I had already planned that anyway as part of a necessary reduction. She didn’t grow, didn’t bring anything new and, unfortunately, her debt kept growing as well. At this point, I’m not looking to increase the number of girls, what I want is for people to recognize the incredible talent Cuties TJ already have.

Speaking of that talent, Leslie recently decided to join the Overnight Super Special with the threesome mode, teaming up with Irina and Rutila. This week has been full of curiosities, little surprises and a few things I didn’t plan for but that’s Cuties life. I told her to take some days off to rest but, in classic Isabella fashion, she insisted she’s fine and wants to keep working. That level of determination deserves recognition and all my support.

Artemis joined today, straight from Mexico City. She came here to try her luck, someone recommended Cuties TJ to her which honestly makes me proud. It means the agency’s name is spreading and more girls are hearing about how I work here. That’s a good sign.

Ashley also joined recently. She’s already showing promise: great communication, and a good attitude. Let’s see how she grows, but I’ve got a good feeling about her.

Bast is back. She’s always been good at what she does, her service has never been in question. That’s exactly why I decided to give her another chance. Now it’s up to her to catch up with the rest, and the bar is higher than ever. Let’s see if she gets back into rhythm.

And Padme is back too. She’s always been talented, charming and communicative. But this time, I made it clear that Cuties TJ has evolved. We are growing for real now and that means adapting. She’s good, no doubt about that but this new stage is about being even better and more polished, more focused and more intentional in everything we do.

Annie is back. I know many of you were waiting for her return and here she is. How long will she stay? No one knows. Maybe just a short while, maybe longer but while she’s here, better make the most of it. You know how unpredictable her plans can be.

On the other hand, it seems Gem might have been taken away by a sugar ATM. For now, there’s no clear word on whether she’ll be coming back but in this line of work anything can happen.

It’s been a busy, shifting kind of week, the kind that reminds me this agency is alive, always moving, always transforming. That’s what keeps Cuties TJ what it is: never static, always evolving and supporting each other.

This past week was exciting; the focus lately has been on creating new trio combinations, letting the girls explore new chemistry and giving them space to grow together in ways that simply weren’t happening before. The results have been amazing and better than I hoped for.

Paola is out for now as she hasn’t been consistent with her bookings. Similarly, Bast and Melissa have fallen behind with their commitments. From my experience, when someone starts missing obligations it’s better to pause and let them realign. That way, when they’re ready they can come back stronger and more consistent. If they show the right disposition in the future I will gladly welcome them back.

I also had a chat with Alpha to clear up a few points. Nothing bad from her perspective and nothing bad from mine but small misunderstandings can happen if left unchecked. I reminded her to pay attention to her actions and the situations during her bookings. She has been a Good and reliable Cutie but even minor details can sometimes lead to unnecessary confusion. Past week I worked closely with Ana to help her find stability here and get the kind of work she wanted. Mia has been balancing her work at Cuties while also building her own clientele in Mexicali, her hometown, thanks to her skills in hairstyling and beauty. That means some of you might not be able to see her during weekends since she sometimes uses that time to visit her family and keep up with her business there, that shows she is truly working hard.

Emily had a tough week as she lost her dog, who had been her companion for much of her life and was like a true friend. Naturally, she’s been sad but she hasn’t let that affect her work. Instead, she’s been using this space as a way to stay strong and keep her spirits up. She’s been active and, as many of you know, she enjoys sending a wide variety of videos. Every year on September 16th, Mexico comes alive with one of the most important celebrations of the year: Independence Day, a reminder of the energy, culture, and passion that surround us here in Mexico.

The night before, on September 15th, everyone is glued to the tradition of El Grito. At the heart of the Zócalo in Mexico City. The main square fills with thousands of people waving flags, dressed in green, white and red and waiting for that historic moment when the President comes out to ring the bell and shout “¡Viva México!” It’s electric. Fireworks light up the sky, music fills the air, and you can feel the pride of a whole nation in one single roar.

But it’s not only in the capital. Across every city, town and delegation, people gather for their own Grito. Mayors and local leaders step out onto balconies, acting that iconic call to freedom. Families pack the malls, food vendors line the streets and mariachi music play with the crackle of fireworks. Wherever you go, you feel that same spirit of celebration and tradition all at once.

And of course, when we talk about September 15th (tonight!), we can’t forget the food. Tacos, pozole, enchiladas and endless antojitos fill every corner and it’s one of the best parts of the night. Now, on to some updates about the Cuties. It’s been a long day for me, so much going on behind the scenes but everything has gone well as always. I’ve had my hands full with work and making sure everything stays in order.

Miranda is officially on some very well deserved vacation time. She works incredibly hard, not only here at Cuties Tj but also as a nurse and cosmetologist. Balancing it all is no easy task, yet she always does it with a smile and so much love. She deserves this time to rest, recharge and simply enjoy herself.

Aurora, for now, will be taking a break. Remembrer, the work we do here has a purpose, it’s about attracting quality clients and making sure Cuties Tj always has a safe and reliable base and they are safe always and with Good guys. That’s something I take very seriously. In this agency, the girls don’t do all the work by themselves, I exist so that they are safe, have a stronger filter of clients and can enjoy an organized system where their dates run smoothly and without complications. Once Aurora understands that, I will be more than happy to work together again. The door is not closed for her.

I also had to let Samy the Colombian, go. The truth is her way of working just didn’t match the standards I hold at Cuties Tj. Charging extra for everything and not following guidelines wasn’t the best approach for the agency or the clients. Sometimes, tough decisions are necessary to keep the experience safe, reliable and enjoyable for everyone.

On brighter news, I’m sure you’ve noticed some fresh updates with several of the Cuties now have Brand new photos and videos. Ana, for instance, has gone through an amazing transformation with her body and she absolutely deserved to show it off proudly. She’s been a key part of Cuties Tj, with a personality that can easily steal your heart.

Katya also has set of new images, something she personally requested. Her modeling side always shines through, and it’s exciting to see how much energy she puts into keeping her portfolio fresh.
